We’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong C++ expertise to join the team building and operating Nebius Data Platform — a distributed storage and a processing platform that acts as the company’s “source of truth” and the backbone of many internal (and some external) products.
Nebius Data Platform is a single multi-tenant ecosystem based on YTsaurus — instead of running separate HDFS/Kafka/HBase-style systems, we provide storage, compute, and analytics capabilities inside one platform.
Built on top of the open-source YTsaurus ecosystem, we run and extend our own Nebius distribution and develop significant in-house functionality (core and platform-level). We can design, implement, and roll out features end-to-end on our clusters without waiting for upstream approvals and contribute upstream when it makes sense.

Every kernel you tune, every quantization scheme you ship, every scheduler tweak you land shows up directly in a customer's p99 and on our P&L.
This is a high-impact seat. It is also a high-autonomy seat as you'll be given the room to lead the technical direction of inference optimization at Kimchi, not execute someone else's roadmap.
The problem: running LLMs in production is a moving target. The "right" model and serving configuration for a workload depend on traffic shape, sequence-length distribution, batch dynamics, GPU SKU, memory bandwidth, quantization tolerance, and a dozen other variables that shift week to week. Most teams pick a model once, over-provision GPUs, and absorb the cost. Kimchi is the system that makes that decision automatically - continuously matching workloads to the most cost-efficient, best-performing LLM and serving configuration on a customer's infrastructure. We're building the optimization layer between the model and the hardware, and we need engineers who understand both sides deeply.

What to know about the Dataiku Support Team
At Dataiku, the Support organization is a fully remote team focused on enabling our customers and helping them work through any technical issues or questions related to our Everyday AI Platform (DSS). How you’ll make an impact
We are looking for an experienced technical support engineer who is comfortable working in a complex and dynamic environment and who can help contribute to the growth of our global support function as we continue to scale up our operations. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will help our EMEA and global customers solve their wide range of technical issues with Dataiku, such as installation, security, and integration with other big data technologies. You will also collaborate with various internal teams to solve and escalate customer issues as needed.

Help EMEA and global customers solve their technical issues with Dataiku through a variety of communication channels
Communicate with our R&D team to solve complex issues and/or share feedback from our EMEA customers for future product improvement
Work with other customer-facing teams when escalating or rerouting issues to help ensure a proper and efficient / timely resolution
Document knowledge in the form of technical articles and contribute to knowledge bases or forums within specific areas of expertise

Databricks is seeking an exceptional and strategic Sr. Staff Security Engineer, Incident Response to join our Incident Response team. This pivotal role will provide decisions that have a direct impact on the long-term success of Databricks' security posture, creating solutions that enable potential future opportunities without a known path. You will play a key role in developing multi-year technology strategy for complete and critical areas of the business, encompassing multiple systems and teams, consistently delivering large-scale projects that meet company goals.
The Incident Response team's mission is to rapidly, efficiently, and standardly respond to security threats, incidents, and investigations to protect our customers, employees, and enterprise data. We leverage Databricks' own platform for near-real-time log analytics, alerting, and forensics, embracing a "Security for Databricks on Databricks" philosophy. As an Sr. Staff Security Engineer, you will tackle the most technical SIRTs, drive complex, open-ended problems with no obvious path to success, act as a multiplier by enabling systems, authoring tools, or introducing policies that elevate the entire organization's productivity.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and technical field organizations to ensure the features we design and ship deliver outstanding user experiences.
Depending on your background, you will focus on one of two critical product areas:
You will help shape our transactional database capabilities to meet the performance, reliability, and scalability requirements of modern applications and AI agents.
You will help ensure data assets are governed effectively, enabling controlled access, compliance, and visibility across the organization. This includes enabling governed access for AI-driven use cases (e.g. agent-based access via MCP or similar technologies).
This role requires you to deeply understand both functional and non-functional requirements, such as performance, scalability, security, and compliance and how customers meet these requirements today. You will evaluate how these workloads are implemented on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform and identify opportunities to improve the product experience.
You will act as a bridge between technical field teams and product and engineering. Insights from customer PoCs, benchmarks, and real-world implementations will directly inform product decisions. You will also help ensure that product improvements are clearly communicated back to the field.
