Your Role

We’re hiring a Sourcing Manager to join our Hardware Operations team, focusing on mid-complexity categories like packaging, garments and accessories. You’ll be the bridge between transactional sourcing and strategic leadership, ensuring flawless execution and building strong supplier relationships that help Hudl scale.

As a Sourcing Manager, you’ll:

Execute category strategy. You’ll manage day-to-day sourcing for your assigned areas, using market data and supplier intelligence to flag risks and identify pricing shifts before they become problems.
Run the RFx process. From drafting documents to normalizing responses, you’ll lead RFP and RFQ processes and build the comparison analyses our leadership needs to make informed award decisions.
Manage supplier relationships. You’ll be the main point of contact for our suppliers, managing everything from POs and lead times to performance reviews and scorecards.
Collaborate across the team. You’ll work closely with Operations, Finance and Engineering to track budgets, provide supplier readiness updates for new products and resolve technical questions.
Support high-stakes negotiations. You’ll handle lower-complexity commercial terms independently while providing the data and benchmarks needed for our Sourcing Leads to win in larger negotiations.

For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha. But with our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.

Must-Haves

Experienced. You have four to six years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain, with a background in RFx and supplier lifecycle management.
Analytical. You’re comfortable with spend analysis, cost comparisons and TCO basics to help drive recommendations.
A strong communicator. You can adjust your style to talk to anyone—from product engineers to floor staff—and can present data clearly to senior stakeholders.
A team player. You Thrive on the Front Lines, pitching in where needed and collaborating across departments to keep our supply chain moving.
Tech-savvy. You have a solid grasp of ERP and PLM systems and are a pro in Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice-to-Haves

Industry specific. Experience in consumer electronics, hardware or tech-adjacent manufacturing is a plus.
Category knowledge. Familiarity with packaging or accessories (like print, labels or cables) is a bonus.
Certified. You hold a CPM, CPSM or an equivalent procurement certification.
Advanced education. You have a bachelor's degree in supply chain or engineering; an MBA is even better.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.

We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.

$63,000—$107,000 USD

About the role

As an Autonomous Vehicle Operator, you will safely operate Gatik vehicles for on-time in-route customer deliveries. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to help us operate our box trucks running routes to transport dry and refrigerated cargo. You’ll be a valuable contributor by collecting necessary data for our engineering teams aimed at improving our groundbreaking automated driving technology while meeting customers’ product delivery needs.
This role is onsite in Omaha, NE

What you'll do

Ensure safe, reliable operation of class 3-7 box truck delivery vehicles, in manual modes while keeping other drivers & operators, the public, and the vehicle safe
Manually drive the vehicles on assigned, consistent routes to gather route data in support of moving toward future state autonomous operations
Display customer service orientation and act as an ambassador for the company toward customers and the public
Ensure vehicles arrive at pick-up and drop-off locations on time and the integrity of goods is retained on each journey
Assist with safe, secure loading and unloading of customer goods using equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, dollies, lift gates, handbombing, etc.
Update the dispatch team on shift and route status
Ensure the operation and safety of trucks by daily routine checks (monitoring fluid levels, checking tire pressure, hose connections, etc.)
Perform ad-hoc projects such as truck delivery to new locations, testing and/or installing new equipment, etc.
Collaborate with teams to follow collection and drop-off procedures on each journey
Learn and adhere to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with safe operations standards

What we're looking for

Possesses a valid CDL with 3+ years of driving experience (non-CDL candidates are also encouraged to apply).
Maintains a clean driving record and successfully passes background and drug screenings.
Comfortable operating box trucks (26–30 feet), with or without a refrigerated unit.
Demonstrates initiative, proactivity, and a strong focus on detail and safety.
Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively, while also thriving in independent work settings.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to varied shift schedules, including evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
