Transportation Engineering Leader
Benesch is seeking to hire a Project Manager or Engineering Technical Lead to increase our Transportation Design and Construction Engineering presence and lead activities in Nebraska. This is an experienced position involving exciting, challenging, and complex assignments with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable marketing and delivering projects, developing staff, and developing and maintaining good industry connections and relationships at the state and local levels. Strong project and people management skills are required. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in design of roadways, highways, and interstates from preliminary to final.
Location
This position will be based out of any of our Nebraska offices including Omaha, NE; Lincoln, NE; Grand Island, NE; and Bellevue, NE.

- Lead development and delivery of projects having local, state, and regional benefits.

- Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner.
- Experience working with state and/or local public agencies.

Transportation Project Manager
Our Nebraska Division is seeking to hire a Transportation Project Manager. This is an experienced position involving exciting, challenging, and complex assignments with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will be a Seller/Doer and maintain good industry connections and relationships. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in design of roadways, highways, and interstates from preliminary to final.
Location
This role offers flexibility in office location, with a preference for candidates based in central Nebraska. We also welcome applicants located in Omaha, Lincoln, or Bellevue.
The Impact You Will Have
- Serving as a project manager on transportation (state and municipal highway/roadway) projects, having key responsibilities for project pursuit and delivery, including management of scopes, budgets and schedules.
- Managing project teams and technical staff including mentoring of other professionals and student interns.
- Contributing to Nebraska, regional, and corporate strategic growth initiatives.
- Participate in Business Development and Marketing, including championing relationships with key public agency and private sector clients, networking, preparation of SOQs, proposals, and contracts.
- Representing Benesch at industry and professional engagement events.
- Identifying opportunities and leading strategic project pursuits.
- Leading and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience in making presentations before elected officials and advisory boards, attending conferences, and participating in interviews.
- Strong organization and leadership skills.
- Prepare technical analysis within a variety of specialist areas such as transit plans, transit operational analyses, multimodal subarea/corridor studies, modal compliance, transit grants management, and special transit studies, among others.
- Experienced in Project Management, including cost control, project budget control, and quality assurance/quality control.
- Direct and manage the budgeting and execution of projects including the supervision of assigned staff and subcontractors.
- Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner.
- Experienced in the public bidding process.

Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize a go-to-market strategy specifically focused on Labor, Union, and Employer corporate partners
- Create, build, and manage relationships with key Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers across priority markets
- Conduct cold outreach, host educational meetings, presentations, and outreach activities aimed at raising awareness of Charlie Health’s mental health resources
- Conduct in-person field outreach (3–4 days/week), leading meetings with employer-based stakeholders and community partners.
- Identify challenges in mental health access within corporate environments and collaborate with EAP providers to overcome barriers.
- Design tailored outreach strategies to engage and support HR teams, wellness coordinators, and employee resource groups
- Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing Labor, Union, and Employer partnerships and collaborate on long-term initiatives
- Attend and lead educational events, presentations, and outreach efforts for HR teams, corporate partners, and EAP providers to maintain engagement
- Synthesize and share feedback from Labor, Union, and EAP partners and stakeholders to inform the company's marketing and product strategies
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, client success, and legal, to achieve go-to-market goals in the Employer channel
Requirements
- Must reside in Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa
- You have 5-8+ years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
- Experience working with or selling to unions, employers, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment; highly self-initiated with a strong desire to win

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $92,000 and $120,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Per Diem Clinical Research Nurse - Home Visits

Science 37’s Nursing Solutions Group brings together expert nurses who share a passion for organizing, planning and implementing mobile clinical nurse services to participants in clinical trials. Science 37’s extraordinary work environment allows continuous collaboration between clinicians, clinical researchers, patient recruitment specialists, data managers and technology developers. The Nursing Solutions Group is involved throughout the trial life cycle, from protocol development and feasibility analysis to clinical trial implementation and closeout.
The Per Diem Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nurse who will work per diem and has experience across multiple therapeutic areas with the ability to work independently and integrate well with the Nursing Solutions Group. With interest/expertise in Science 37’s decentralized model of care delivery, the Mobile Research Nurse will perform delivery of care to participants as well as collaborate with brick and mortar sites, if indicated, for shared clinical trial implementation. The Mobile Research Nurse ensures the professional delivery of patient care in compliance with all federal and state regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and Standard Operating Procedures.
*This is a travel role that requires on-site visits to participants homes.
Duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Participate and provide research nurse services to qualified study participants at home
- Apply clinical research and nursing practices to develop solutions to complex problems
- Collaborate with Lead and Per Diem Mobile Research Nurses on solutioning, education, and resource support
- Participate in activities that will further the operational development of Science 37 nursing service delivery
- Develop relationships with study team members and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on all nursing processes
- Other duties as assigned as the needs of Science 37 evolve and change
This position has the following qualifications:
- BSN degree preferred
- Full Covid Vaccination strongly preferred. Science 37 follows CDC guidelines for vaccination recommendations and such guidelines are subject to change.
- Active RN licensure in home state as well as eligibility for Compact Licensure required
- Minimum 2+ years clinical/research experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Maintain a positive reflection of the company by representation in participant’s homes or in clinic settings
- Travel and availability qualifications are as follows:
- 1-2 days minimum a week dedicated to support Science 37's study visits
- Weekday/night availability required
- Must be willing to travel to a participants homes
- Active Driver’s License

- Ability to obtain nursing license in multiple states based on study needs
- Physical ability to perform nursing tasks and lift equipment up to 15 kg in weight
- Access to a reliable vehicle to perform study participant visits and transport equipment
- Ability to drive to local and/or remote locations to perform study participant visits
- Ability to use technology effectively and appropriately for study participant assessments and documentation including but not limited to study participant care equipment, laptop computers, communication devices and tablets
- Ability to communicate in English (both verbal and written)
There is minimal supervision for this position, with individuals reporting to the Manager, Nursing Solutions Group.
Compensation varies based on location and work being performed. The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $50-55 per hour. Employees may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and commissions. The successful candidate’s actual pay will also be based on qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
