InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Naples. You will spend your days helping patients restore strength, balance, and mobility—so they can move safely, prevent falls, and confidently navigate their homes and communities. If you are looking for a flexible schedule, consistent patient volume, and a team that supports you - we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs for adult and geriatric patients
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation

Compensation 

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. 

To support your transition into home health, we offer guaranteed base pay for your first 12 weeks while you build your caseload - so you can focus on your patients without financial uncertainty during ramp-up. 

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification 
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Comfort with basic tech; email, texting, tablets, EMR systems (training provided)

What You'll Do

• Provide home care therapy under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

Visit Expectations

• Full-time assistants typically complete 28 or more visits per week, with most completing around 30
• Part-time: visit expectations are flexible; most part-time assistants complete 15 or more visits per week

Compensation

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The visit rate for this role ranges from $45-53 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
