We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help shape and drive this next phase. Reporting to the Group Product Director of Hunt, you’ll define meaningful problems, lead discovery, and drive solutions from concept through launch.

This is a hands-on, builder-oriented role. You’ll move between insight and execution—getting close to customers, turning ambiguity into clear priorities, and driving work forward to shipped outcomes. You’ll partner closely with product leadership to shape direction while owning execution within your domain.

You’ll operate in a matrixed product organization, working across Hunt and shared platform teams (e.g., Navigation, Offline Maps) to ensure solutions meet Hunt customer needs while scaling across verticals.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience delivering consumer-facing mobile software, with a demonstrated track record of owning and delivering end-to-end product outcomes that measurably improved engagement, retention, or conversion. 
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Deep fluency in mobile-first product ecosystems, with hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of iOS and/or Android consumer applications.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence in complex, cross-functional environments, including matrix organizations, aligning engineering, design, marketing, and leadership around a shared product direction without direct authority.
• Experience defining and operationalizing product success metrics, including user segmentation, cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and growth levers, with a track record of using those metrics to inform prioritization and drive execution. 
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate product discovery, improve decision quality, and enhance product development workflows, with evidence of applying AI beyond basic or surface-level use.
• Experience taking products or features from inception through maturity, including navigating the ambiguity of early-stage definition and the driving execution to scale what works..
• Proven ability to translate complex, multi-stakeholder problems into clear product decisions, and drive those decisions through execution, with the communication skills to bring executives, technical partners, and cross-functional teams along.
• Strong command of agile development practices, with experience working in continuous delivery environments and iterating rapidly based on data and customer feedback.
• Experience operating in ambiguous problem spaces, creating clarity, and driving momentum without fully defined requirements or direction.
• Genuine curiosity about and connection to the onX Hunt customer, whether through lived experience as an outdoor enthusiast or a demonstrated ability to deeply immerse in and advocate for a specific customer community.

onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $143,000 to $179,000 upon hire. The pay range will vary based on experience, skills, certifications, and education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, full-time onX employees are eligible for a grant of common share options with a vesting schedule and a potential annual bonus of 10% based on company performance.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

onX is seeking a Senior Geospatial Analyst to support the Offroad vertical, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Offroad-related geospatial content moves reliably through onX systems and into customers’ hands. You will collaborate closely with Offroad Product Managers, a Geospatial Project Manager, as well as with developers to execute geospatial work that supports the Offroad product roadmap.

This role is focused on implementation and delivery. You will apply strong technical judgment to build, maintain, and validate geospatial datasets and pipelines that are performant, scalable, and trustworthy.

This role lives within the Content domain, which is responsible for cartography, data processing, data analysis, and data sourcing across onX. You will be part of a broader team of Geospatial Analysts, Geospatial Project Managers, and Engineers supporting multiple verticals across the organization. This role reports to a Geospatial Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the Senior Geospatial Analyst supporting the Offroad vertical, owning the technical approach, sequencing, and delivery of geospatial work defined by the Offroad Geospatial Project Manager.
• Execute geospatial work that supports connected content initiatives by implementing datasets and workflows that enable Offroad content to be used consistently across multiple product features and experiences.
• Support content trust initiatives by executing audits, refreshes, and cleanup of high-impact Offroad datasets, applying technical judgment to ensure content is accurate, maintainable, and fit for long-term use, including identifying dataset candidates for update, replacement, or retirement.
• Leverage existing geospatial pipelines and contribute to the improvement and development of new processes as needed, ensuring reliable delivery of data from source systems into customer-facing products and services.
• Lead complex geospatial processing and analysis such as multi-source data integration, conflation, and large-scale QA/QC, applying expert judgment to resolve ambiguity and edge cases.
• Use Claude Code and other AI tools to generate, optimize, and automate geospatial workflows, including feature extraction, segmentation, classification, conflation, and QA.
• Proactively identify data quality risks, pipeline gaps, or platform limitations and surface recommendations to the Offroad Geospatial Project Manager.
• Analyze data, create dashboards, and monitor data health metrics to provide insights that inform business decisions and support overall product health.
• Research and evaluate geospatial data sources, making recommendations for new sources or improvements to existing ones.
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure geospatial solutions are performant, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices.
• Own the end-to-end execution quality of assigned initiatives, from intake through production release and post-launch validation.
• Use version control (Git) and collaborative workflows to drive consistency and repeatability across the broader Geospatial team.
• Provide technical guidance and informal mentorship to other Geospatial Analysts as needed.
• Communicate clearly and confidently about technical decisions, risks, and progress to cross-functional partners.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.Look for opportunities to embed AI as a repeatable co-pilot in daily workflows by integrating experimentation into real work, and continuously refining its use with sound judgment and validation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial, Geospatial Engineering, Computer Science, Hydrology, Geography, or related field; or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of geospatial industry experience, including dataset sourcing, development, transformation, and deployment.
• Expert-level proficiency in QGIS and advanced geoprocessing techniques.
• Expert with SQL, cloud-based analytical databases (e.g., BigQuery), PostGIS, spatial indexing, and performance optimization.
• Strong Python skills, including experience with GDAL, geopandas, PyQGIS, and automation frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to operate within complex spatial data pipelines, using version control (Git), and collaborative workflows to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Proven ability to use Claude Code or other AI coding assistants to generate scripts, automate tasks, and accelerate spatial workflows.
• Familiarity with Offroad-relevant datasets such as trail networks, road and route conditions, terrain data, land ownership, or other location-based content used in off-road recreation and land-access contexts.
• Familiarity with trail data sources, vendors, and key players in that space.
• Proven ability to work autonomously on complex, ill-defined projects, bringing structure, clarity, and execution rigor to ambiguous problem spaces.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Ability to travel bi-annually for multiple days to a corporate office or other onX strategic location, such as a Basecamp.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

onX is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will contribute to meaningful, real-world outcomes that have a lasting impact for customers and the business. In this role, you’ll focus on onX’s Core Viewer cross-platform map rendering engine as part of the Map Viewer team, supporting map rendering for all onX verticals. You’ll take ownership of your work, collaborate closely with partners across the organization, and help move initiatives forward in an environment where priorities evolve, learning is celebrated, and you’re encouraged to keep stretching your skills. This role will report to the team's Engineering Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You will write C++, Swift and Kotlin, leveraging OpenGL and Metal
• You help develop a 3D map viewing SDK for mobile and web.
• Build reliability and performance tracking tools to monitor the map engine in production
• Serve as a map API subject matter expert for vertical application developers
• Optimize the rendering, culling, and spatial positioning algorithms  that drive the map’s visual presentation
• Set up dependency/artifact / build pipeline to create consumable dependencies for iOS, Android and web (Swift Package Manager, Android Libraries).
• Integrate automated testing and performance measurement into the Core Viewer CI pipeline for all platforms
• Look for opportunities to embed AI as a repeatable co-pilot in daily workflows by integrating experimentation into real work, and continuously refining its use with sound judgment and validation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience shipping and maintaining production code
• At least one (1) year of experience was focused on 3D map rendering (WebGL, OpenGL, Vulcan, Metal and/or DirectX) and at  least (3) years of experience with mobile development.
• Fundamentals of graphics programming, including the Graphics Pipeline
• Experience with culling, clipping, and spatial partitioning algorithms. Quad- or oct-trees is a plus
• Concurrency and multithreading for network requests and computation
• Experience with protocol buffers
• Experience with working with analytics data, BigQuery or a similar big data query language
• Knowledge of scene graphs
• A strong computer science foundation
