Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative alternative payment model improving access to high-quality primary care with an affordable monthly membership fee. No fee-for-service insurance payments. This is a full-time role based in Glendale, CO
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $229,900 to $236,900 per year. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such skill sets, depth of experience, and work location. The Assistant Property Manager assists and supports the planning, implementing, and managing the daily operations of the property. They assist in the management of onsite activities and the overall performance of the property. They perform various duties including administrative, financial, and resident relations.

The Resident Services Coordinator provides support and referral services to a population of residents in subsidized multifamily properties. They will monitor the residents’ living conditions, the needs, and the services they are receiving. The Resident Service Coordinator will coordinate programs and services to help residents maintain and improve their quality of life and track their impact and effectiveness.
*Part time 25 hours a week
