Au sujet du poste 
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) ingénieur(e) en logiciels Python/données qui sera responsable de concevoir et de tenir à jour des pipelines de données complexes et des outils technologiques au sein de notre écosystème mondial de services au secteur financier. Le poste consiste principalement à soutenir l’ingénierie des données, les processus de rapprochement de données et les outils de productivité d’entreprise, pour des plateformes mises au service de millions de clients de par le monde. 

 Principales responsabilités 

• Développer, tenir à jour et optimiser des pipelines d’extraction, de transformation et de chargement (ETL), principalement à l’aide de Python et d’Informatica 

• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des flux de données sur Snowflake ou des plateformes de données infonuagiques comparables 

• Concevoir des outils de rapprochement de données fiables et des scripts d’automatisation d’entreprise afin de soutenir des opérations essentielles pour l’organisation 

• Rédiger du code Python efficace, maintenable et bien testé, en appliquant des principes de programmation orientée objet 

• Développer et optimiser des requêtes SQL complexes pour l’extraction, la manipulation et l’analyse de données 

• Automatiser la gestion des flux de données à l’aide de langages de script tels que Shell, Bash ou PowerShell 

• Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour recueillir les exigences et livrer des solutions évolutives qui améliorent l’intégrité des données et l’efficience opérationnelle 

• Contribuer aux pratiques optimales en matière de qualité de code, de tests et de déploiement 

Compétences et expérience requises 

• Excellente maîtrise du développement Python orienté objet 

• Expérience dans la conception et l’exécution de processus ETL, idéalement avec Informatica 

• Connaissance pratique des entrepôts de données infonuagiques modernes tels que Snowflake, Redshift ou BigQuery 

• Solides compétences en SQL, notamment pour l’écriture de requêtes complexes et l’optimisation de la performance 

• Maîtrise de langages de script tels que Shell, Bash ou PowerShell 

• Bonne compréhension de la modélisation des données, de l’optimisation des pipelines de données et des concepts de traitement des données distribuées 

• Connaissance des meilleures pratiques de développement logiciel, des systèmes de contrôle des sources et des pipelines CI/CD 

• Expérience de travail en environnement Agile 

• Parfaite maîtrise de l’anglais en contexte professionnel, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit  

Aptitudes souhaitées 

• Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, en ingénierie des données ou dans un domaine connexe  

• Expérience préalable en services au secteur financier, notamment en rapprochement de données ou en traitement de données liées aux risques

We are looking for a Python/Data Software Engineer with a focus on building and maintaining complex data pipelines and tooling within our global financial services environment. This role primarily supports data engineering, reconciliation processes, and enterprise productivity tooling on platforms serving millions of customers worldwide. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines primarily using Python and Informatica. 

• Design and implement data workflows on Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms. 

• Build reliable data reconciliation tools and enterprise automation scripts to support business-critical operations. 

• Write efficient, maintainable, and well-tested Python code following object-oriented principles. 

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. 

• Automate the management of data workflows using scripting languages such as Shell, Bash, or PowerShell. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions that improve data integrity and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Solid SQL skills for complex query writing and performance optimization. 

• Proficiency in scripting languages like Shell, Bash, or PowerShell. 

• Understanding of data modeling, data pipeline optimization, and distributed data processing concepts. 

• Familiarity with software development best practices, source control, and CI/CD pipelines. 

• Experience working in Agile environments. 

• Full working proficiency with English (Written and Verbal) 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline. 

• Prior experience in financial services, especially with data reconciliation or risk-related data workflows
