The impact you'll have
- Generate qualified pipeline through account-based outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, anchored in heavy calling and supported by creative outreach
- Convert conversations into committed meetings and viable opportunities with senior technical and business stakeholders
- Partner closely with your Regional Sales Managers to develop and execute on territory strategy
- Continuously learn and develop your craft by engaging with coaching, enablement, and peer feedback

What we're looking for
- 1-2+ years of experience in software sales
- A documented history of excellence: sales attainment and stack rank if you have sold before, or proof of high performance in athletics, academics, leadership, or any competitive pursuit

Compensation:
At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below. This is a national range. For purposes of complying with applicable laws, the range applies to candidates in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Washington, and other states.
The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target commission amount at 100% goal achievement.
In addition to salary, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) and a stock award program. Candidates may also be eligible for a comprehensive health plan and other benefits that can be reviewed at Netskope Benefits site.

Senior Accountant (Hands-On / Individual Contributor)

This is a hands-on accounting role within a digital marketing agency responsible for executing core accounting, financial reporting, and cash management activities. This position performs key accounting functions directly while executing specialized media billing, reconciliation, and invoice processing activities.
The role drives financial accuracy, integrity, and visibility across general accounting, cash, and balance sheet accounts while supporting agency financial performance and operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
Core Accounting & Close
- High-visibility role with a clear path to Controller, featuring direct partnership with the CFO and progressive leadership of general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and close.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations, including:
- Cash and bank account reconciliations
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepaids and accruals
- Credit card accounts
- Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner
Media Billing (Execution-Focused)
- Prepare, validate, and process client media invoices with a high degree of accuracy
- Capture and bill all media activity, including fees, markups, and pass-through costs
- Maintain detailed audit trail and documentation supporting all billing transactions
- Track, analyze, and actively collect on aging client receivables related to media spend
- Support accurate revenue recognition and cost-of-sales alignment for media campaigns
- Validate and reconcile outputs from media audit processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Perform summary-level reconciliations between vendor invoices, insertion orders, and client billing
- Resolve media discrepancies, credits, and make-goods
- Execute billing cycles on schedule and complete all invoicing activities within established timelines
- Resolve complex billing and reconciliation issues and escalate when necessary
Cash Management, Forecasting & Expenses
- Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash projections
- Manage and analyze cash flow, including inflows from clients and outflows to vendors
- Analyze company expenses and identify trends, variances, and cost control opportunities
- Support working capital management, including receivables and payables timing
- Assist with cash planning related to media spend and vendor payments
Credit Cards & Cash

- Analyze expenses and identify actionable opportunities to improve cost management and operational efficiency
Audit & Compliance
- Assist with the annual financial statement audit, including preparation of schedules and supporting documentation
- Respond to auditor requests and support audit processes
- Apply GAAP and internal accounting policies across all accounting activities
Systems & Process
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for accounting operations
- Update and validate financial data, including client and vendor records, to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Assist CFO and finance team with ad hoc analysis and special projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, media, and operations teams

About the role:
The Vice President of Business Development is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving census growth and referral development across all markets. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this role partners closely with Hospice Care Consultants (HCCs) and market leaders to develop and execute sales strategies, strengthen referral partnerships, and achieve revenue goals.
This leader will build a culture of accountability, coaching, and performance, ensuring that Luminary Hospice is recognized as the provider of choice in every community we serve.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy
• Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to design, implement, and refine sales strategies aligned with organizational growth goals.
• Translate organizational objectives into actionable field sales plans, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Monitor performance against targets, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Team Development & Coaching
• Directly oversee Hospice Care Consultants in the field, ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to HCCs to enhance referral development skills.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, recognition, and professional growth.
- Market & Business Development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners.
• Partner with Executive Directors and operational leaders to ensure alignment between sales activity, census growth, and patient care delivery.
• Conduct regular field visits with HCCs to model best practices and support market development
- Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, HR) to ensure alignment on messaging, brand positioning, and recruitment of top talent.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales performance, referral trends, and competitive intelligence to the Chief Growth Officer.
• Contribute to the development of growth forecasts and market expansion strategies.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in hospice.
• Proven ability to lead field-based sales teams to exceed census and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of hospice referral networks, healthcare regulations, and payer models.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain target list developing client relationships.
- Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, “ad calls,” skills marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.
- Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
- Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 0 to 18 months technology sales or staffing experience required.
- Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus.
Location: In office.
Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.
Travel Requirements:
Less than 5% (almost no travel)
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. An applicant may also be eligible to participate in certain incentive compensation programs based on achieving certain performance targets set forth each year and subject to the incentive compensation plan’s terms and conditions. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
