What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams 
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures 
• Collaborating with one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date 
• State licensed in Colorado, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Glendale, CO

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $229,900 to $236,900 per year. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such skill sets, depth of experience, and work location. We’re looking for a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about reaching individuals who need mental healthcare but lack easy access to it. What you'll do:

• Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure 
• Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients
• Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans
• Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed

Compensation:

About you:

• You must have an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Mississippi state and 2+ years prescribing experience
• Active DEA and individual NPI number
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
• Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one
• Reliable internet connection
• Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate

Summary:  The contribution of a Scribe-X medical scribe is crucial in the patient care team. They work hand-in-hand with healthcare providers across several specialties to document patient encounters in real-time, catering to patients from varying socio-economic backgrounds to improve access to care for those who need it most.  All scribes undergo a rigorous medical scribe training to ensure they are fully prepared to support their designated provider(s). Essential Duties:

• Perform chart preparation per clinic protocol

• Accompany the provider in all scheduled patient visits

• Document the patient history, physical exam, procedures, and patient plan, as performed by the provider

• Remind provider of relevant quality metrics when appropriate, documenting to support quality metrics

• Enter laboratory and radiographic studies, as ordered by the provider

• Enter medication orders, as dictated by the provider

• Document and print instructions for the patient

• Review completed charts with the provider between patients or at the completion of the shift

• Update provider preference and clinic preference documents as necessary

Requirements:

• Typing speed of at least 60+ WPM

• Available to work 30-40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm PST)

• Must have a HIPAA compliant workspace to maintain the privacy of sensitive patient information

• Fluent in the English language with excellent writing and speaking skills

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years equivalent experience in a related field required

• Pre-health career track strongly preferred

• GPA > 3.5 preferred

• Highly knowledgeable with medical terminology, and human anatomy

Compensation/Benefits:

• Competitive compensation ranges from $11.00 - $17.00 per hour based on location, experience, and time commitment.
