This is the team that closed the largest single customer booking in our core domestic sales org last year—and we’re just getting started.
You’ll lead complex, enterprise-wide sales efforts that bring modern technology, data, and connected workflows into historically under-innovated environments. This isn’t transactional selling—you’ll build executive-level relationships, shape a compelling vision for change, and guide agencies from legacy systems to fully integrated ecosystems that improve safety, accountability, and outcomes.

What You’ll Do
Location: Midwest U.S. (remote with regional travel)
Travel: 50% minimum
Reports to: Director, Sales - Corrections
- Own and drive the strategy and execution for a multi-state Corrections territory, building and executing account plans to execute large scale, technology-driven operational transformation across state departments of corrections in the territory
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies for large, high-impact agencies, focused on long-term revenue growth and market expansion
- Lead complex, multi-year sales cycles that drive meaningful transformation, positioning Axon’s solutions as a strategic priority—not a nice-to-have
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships, creating alignment and urgency across multiple stakeholders within state agencies
- Identify, shape, and close high-value opportunities, navigating procurement, budget cycles, and regulatory complexity unique to public sector sales
- Act as the quarterback of the deal, orchestrating cross-functional teams (product, technical, legal, leadership) to win complex opportunities
- Sell across a portfolio of integrated solutions, clearly articulating how Axon’s ecosystem delivers measurable outcomes
- Drive pipeline strategy, forecasting accuracy, and overall territory performance to consistently exceed targets
- Expand relationships across agencies by building multi-threaded networks and positioning Axon as a long-term strategic partner
- Partner with internal teams to inform go-to-market strategy, sharing customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends
What You Bring
- 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets in complex enterprise or public sector environments
- Proven success owning and scaling a multi-state or highly strategic territory, including developing and executing account strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving executive stakeholders, procurement, and cross-functional buying groups
- Experience closing high-value, multi-year deals within large, complex organizations
- Proven ability to drive organizational transformation in legacy or highly regulated environments through the adoption of new technology
- Ability to sell with a strong point of view, clearly articulating urgency and driving change in slow-moving organizations
- Experience selling complex, multi-product or platform solutions, translating technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
- Track record of leading team-based sales motions, orchestrating internal and external stakeholders to win complex opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
- Experience leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to drive pipeline strategy, forecasting accuracy, and territory performance
- Familiarity with public sector, Corrections, or Law Enforcement sales cycles, including navigating budget cycles and RFPs, is a plus
- Highly autonomous operator who can own the business and drive results across a distributed, cross-functional team

Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
- Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
- Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships
- Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels
- Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
- Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call
- Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
- Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals
Requirements
- Must be based in South Minneapolis / Rochester, MN
- Must be fluent in English
- You have 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus

Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. About the Role
Charlie Health is looking for a dynamic individual to serve as Clinical Admissions Therapist. The Clinical Admissions Therapist will be responsible for meeting with clients upon admission, building rapport, completing biopsychosocial assessments, and establishing treatment needs.
We’re a mission-driven team working to expand access to life-saving behavioral healthcare for people who need it most. Across all departments, we collaborate to deliver meaningful outcomes and build a more connected, effective model of care. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate personable and competent communication skills to develop rapport with clients and referral sources
- Present programming information in a thorough and supportive manner to help clients gain access to care
- Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults with various mental health concerns
- Determine appropriateness and fit for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care
- Construct provisional mental health diagnoses utilizing DSM-V criteria
- Document client information in accordance with regulatory standards using electronic medical record
- Assign treatment team members and group schedules while informing staff of new admissions
- Interface with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams in facilitating intake
- Collaborate with referral sources: hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health providers upon admission
- Looking to cover the following shifts to meet the schedules and needs of our clients:
- Mornings and Afternoons - Must be available 11am - 7pm MT
- Afternoons and Evenings - Must be available 12pm - 8pm MT
- Weekends encouraged
- Will consider alternative availability on individual basis
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Access to reliable technology resources to deliver uninterrupted, confidential, and compliant telehealth services
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality of care
Requirements
- Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults preferred
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
- Independent licensure in a mental health field required
- An independent license is preferred, but we’re happy to work with associate-level clinicians who are eager to grow and work toward full licensure.

The expected base pay for this role will be between $55,000 and $67,500 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.#li-remote

About the Role
Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.
Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting. Positions available as part-time or full-time W-2.
- Part-Time: Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week; evening and Saturday availability required
About You
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Experienced with teens and young adults
- Passionate and skilled in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Available evenings to meet client needs
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
Qualifications
- Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)

What You’ll Do:
- Prospect into large State, Local, and Education organizations while running an efficient sales process
- Maintain, build and own specific relationship maps for your territory including existing relationships and aspirational contacts

- Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large SLED enterprises by selling value and ROI
- Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory

Who You Are:
- Someone with 5+ years closing experience (mix of field selling within assigned SLED region)
- Someone with 2-3+ years of SLED/Gov sales experience
- Driven and have met/exceeded direct sales goals of 1M+ and operated with an average deal size of $100k+
- Able to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own
- Experienced in working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)
- Experienced in selling into large SLED organizations with the ability to win new logos
- Role requires regular travel to client sites, within your area and other regions, using various modes of transportation (car, train, air), depending on business needs

Your Impact
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be a key player in deploying and supporting Axon’s software solutions directly within law enforcement agencies. You will leverage your expertise in Axon products and services to provide high-level technical support, manage complex deployments, and foster strong customer relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned agencies, handling major technical issues, driving software adoption, and acting as an advocate for the customer within Axon. Location: Remote with 80% travel to agency locations in the US
Reports To: Manager of Technical Account Management Services
- Lead Technical Support: Act as the main technical liaison for assigned agencies, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with Axon's products and services.
- Drive Deployments: Collaborate with deployment teams to design, configure, test, and implement Axon software solutions, ensuring successful rollouts.
- Manage Crisis Situations: Respond quickly to critical technical issues, acting as a crisis manager to restore functionality and minimize impact on agency operations.
- Advocate for Customers: Represent agency needs and feedback internally at Axon, influencing product development and service improvements.
- Promote Best Practices: Guide agencies through change management processes, identifying pain points and providing solutions to optimize software usage and adoption.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Data Management and Reporting: Utilize tools like Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and Form Builder/JSON to build custom dashboards, manage data integrations, and support reporting needs.
- Training and Education: Provide advanced training and training documentation to agency staff on Axon’s products and services, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the tools effectively.

What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in a technical account management or similar customer-facing role, preferably within the public safety or software sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in deploying SaaS solutions, including configuring, testing, and troubleshooting complex software applications.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, customer support) to deliver high-quality support and product improvements.
- Problem Solving: Strong skills in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and the use of tools like Splunk, JIRA, and Salesforce.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, networking (routing, switching, Wi-Fi), cloud solutions, virtualization, and storage.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Experience with data management and reporting tools (Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server) and creating meaningful insights.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work onsite with customers and be available outside of normal business hours for critical issues.
- Compliance: Ability to pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Experience building custom dashboards, writing SQL queries, and using advanced analytics tools.
- Experience in Public Safety: Previous experience supporting or working with public safety or law enforcement agencies.
- Certifications: Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are a plus.
- Law Enforcement Systems: Familiarity with law enforcement software systems such as RMS, CAD, and CJIS standards is highly desirable.

Axons Key Account Leader for Top 1200 are responsible for selling Axon products and services to our law enforcement agencies. This is a quota carrying, external field position. What You Do:

What You Bring:

- Data management experience using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM
- Strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS
- Able to travel 70% + (3-4 days a week on the road) including overnight travel
