The Role

This role focuses on driving growth and supporting existing delivery structures to ensure we’re providing an optimal client experience. As a bridge between teams, you will drive the strategic development of partnership plans with our clients, and work to identify opportunities, nurturing through to closure, and transitioning to delivery. 

You will be someone who excels at client management, providing strategic guidance, thought leadership and advisory to our clients’ most senior & C-level stakeholders, that not only leads to pipeline growth, but drives stronger customer satisfaction to build longer term, and more secure revenue streams. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Effectively manage senior stakeholder relationships; provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to build trust, credibility and rapport with key POCs.

• Provide thought leadership as it pertains to emerging technology and the rapidly changing digital ecosystem across end-to-end marketing and campaign workflows
• Drive discovery for new business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, with an emphasis on pipeline generation, as well as cross-sell and up-sell tactics. 
• Orchestrate our cross-capability operating model through an understanding of all ongoing fulfillment projects in order to continually reinforce ROI and future roadmap initiatives
• Lead key milestones and drive collaboration across capabilities for partnership-led workstreams, including QBRs, top-to-tops and broader strategy & planning
• Facilitate a uniform method for client experience across pillars, and set clear expectations with capabilities to reinforce exceptional client service standards
• Manage feedback loops with clients; including facilitating 360-degree feedback, as well as recurring pulse checks for continuous improvement of partnership quality
• Problem solve and be a change agent internally and externally to ensure client can achieve business outcomes 

What you bring to it:

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in client services, business development or consulting within the digital marketing and advertising or technology industries. 
• You have a deep understanding of the digital marketing & advertising ecosystem, and are abreast of the latest in AI-driven disruption, emerging technologies and innovation. 
• In-depth understanding of the different elements of the end-to-end marketing and advertising campaign workflows, as well as the content supply chain.
• You have a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, driving revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction. 
• Partnership management experience, with demonstrated abilities to manage and organise partnership plans, inform detailed project plans, and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholder types ranging from C-suite through to specialists. 
• Strong negotiation skills, and have a proficiency in writing business cases 
• An ability to present effectively, and craft compelling proposals using Google slides

Preferred Requirements: 

• Experience with media and advertising technologies (including Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, etc)
• Experience with data platforms and analytics solutions (including GA4, Adobe Analytics and more) 
• Experience with MarTech and CX platforms is desirable (including Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce, etc).

Monks is seeking an experienced client-facing Data Engineer (Marketing & BI) to drive data and analytics delivery across marketing, audience, and e-commerce engagements for both small and large enterprise clients. 

This is a hands-on role that blends business and data responsibilities. Your time will be split approximately 70% on client delivery and 30% internal (capability building, reusable assets, innovation, growth, etc). You’ll be focused on SQL-based data modelling and analytics delivery, and you’ll run client workshops and stakeholder management, while also building out solutions in the broader BI space, executing technical implementations across a range of analytics and cloud data platforms.

The ideal candidate has a history of working with modern data products (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift), and a proven track record of experience with the modern data stack based on cloud technologies, including data transformation, orchestration, warehousing and modelling, as well as BI and dashboard design using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau.

• A minimum of 2+ years experience in data engineering / analytics engineering / BI engineering.
• At least 1 year experience in client-facing delivery, consultancy or agency 
• Expert SQL skills, primarily in an ETL/ELT context; we are BigQuery first, but some Python is also favoured.
• Strong dimensional modeling (star schemas), warehouse design, and metric/KPI definition for analytics use cases.
• Experience with BigQuery and at least one other cloud data platform (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, etc).
• Experience building BI dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
• Hands-on experience with mainstream analytics platforms and data collection approaches, including Google Marketing Platform tooling (GTM, GA4, etc) preferred
• Experience with transformation and orchestration tools including dbt, Airflow, Dagster or Prefect.

As a Senior Data Analyst at Easygo, you will produce creative and actionable reporting/insights for stakeholders and will also play a mentoring role; peer-reviewing the work of other analysts, guiding best practices, and contributing to the ongoing maturity of Kick’s analytics function.

What you will do: 

• Design and build gold-standard data assets and semantic features that power business reporting.
• Deliver advanced analyses and insights that drive product, growth, and strategy decisions.
• Create creative, compelling reports and dashboards that highlight opportunities and risks.
• Translate complex data into decision-ready outputs for leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics and ensure alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, and Product to maintain robust pipelines and models.
• Communicate technical issues, trade-offs, and opportunities clearly to business teams.
• Peer-review and provide feedback on the work of other data analysts to maintain high standards.
• Maintain and optimise data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Implement version control practices and monitor for pipeline or data issues.
• Document workflows, ensure metric consistency, and promote best practices.
• Bring a strong understanding of the streaming and digital media industry to contextualise findings.
• Identify and communicate strategic opportunities where data can unlock business value.

What you will bring: 

• 5+ years in data analytics, data engineering, BI, or related roles.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills and strong experience with data modelling.
• Proficient knowledge on distributed computing and PySpark.
• Hands-on experience with pipeline tools such as dbt, databricks.
• Proficiency in behavioural analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with version control and collaborative workflows (e.g., Git).
• Ability to mentor and review work of more junior team members.
• Proven ability to deliver insights that shape strategy and performance.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Strong experience on data governance.
• Strong Tableau (or equivalent BI tool) expertise for impactful reporting.
• Prior experience in gaming, streaming, or digital entertainment industries.
• Familiarity with large-scale event-driven data and performance tuning.
