Associate ALM Support Analyst
The Associate ALM Support Analyst provides a key cornerstone of technical support for PlayStation Studios QA, PlayStation Studios, and its partners. They are responsible for service desk triage, monitoring and ticket resolution duties, as well as tier 1 and 2 ALM tasks, across all supported applications and services.
Primarily these tools include f our Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as Jira, Confluence, and TestRail, custom in-house developed tools, as well as collaborative enterprise tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

About the role:
The Compliance Analyst is a member of the Nintex Security Team and partners with globally distributed departments to execute and sustain the company’s compliance program. This role is operational and tactical in nature, with responsibility for working with teams to implement compliance requirements, enabling audit readiness, coordinating ongoing compliance activities, and supporting external and internal audits.

Your contribution will be:
Domain Knowledge and Documentation: Coordinate the full compliance lifecycle, including gap analysis, remediation planning, audit execution, and continuous compliance monitoring. Develop, maintain, and review compliance related documentation to support training, awareness, and sustained operational effectiveness. Global Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with globally distributed stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Product, HR, Legal, and other business functions to support consistent implementation of compliance requirements. Serve as a primary liaison for audit coordination, including facilitating interviews, walkthroughs, and evidence requests. Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance initiatives and audit readiness.
Adhere to Nintex Standards and Practices: Support adherence to Nintex governance, risk, and compliance standards by assisting with the creation, review and updates of information security policies and procedures. Ensure compliance activities align with internal guidelines and approved risk management practices. Contribute to compliance integration efforts for acquisitions or organizational changes as required.

JOB PURPOSE :
The Analyst – Master Data manages activities relating to master data maintenance and ensure all creation and changes are in accordance with the SOP, policy, regulations and internal controls requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintains (creates, amends, inactivates and/or deletes) the master data integrity in all ERP systems and/or banking systems or portals based on approved master data change requests received and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintains proper change records on changes made, including generates reports for review and approval
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders as and when necessary
• To ensure the accuracy, timeliness and the completeness of the transaction processed as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manages, analyzes, and resolves data initiative issues and manages revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to SOP and SLA
• Ensure the ownership for all applicable internal controls related to MDM processes.
• Regularly track and resolve outstanding issues being identified and escalate to relevant parties as necessary.
• Proactively work with team lead/assistant manager to identify, propose and implement continuous process improvement opportunities in existing processes.
• Assist in ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties as and when required.
• Coach/ Buddy others on an area of work.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
• A Bachelor Degree in IT or Finance or Business Administration or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Master Data or System Administration role or function. Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Experience in a shared service centre environment will be an advantage
• Experience in using ERP systems will be an advantage
• Native speaker / Korean : TOPIK 5/6 / Japanese : JLPT N2/N1

As the Trading Gateway Engineer, responsibilities include implementing core connectivity systems to expand the trading engine into a global, low-latency network. This involves building foundational data distribution channels and improving their throughput and latency.
Successful candidates will engage with clients' developers and project managers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
