OVERVIEW
As part of the phenomenal growth SharkNinja has achieved over the last few years, we have created a new position of Senior Key Account Manager Spain, based in Madrid. This role will be instrumental in driving the next phase of business development in Spain and strengthening our local team.
Working closely with the Product, Marketing, Digital teams and the European Hub, this person will be accountable for driving customer growth and executing the SharkNinja Spain market strategy, with a strong focus on profitable sales growth across the portfolio.
Reporting to the Sales Director Spain, the Key Account Manager will develop, implement and execute account-specific business plans, promotions and activations across multiple channels.

Role Description:
Lead and elevate how adidas shows up within JD Sports Spain and across other key EU markets, delivering best in class, culturally relevant brand activation that drive both brand heat and commercial performance.
As Partner Brand Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for adidas within the Spanish Market – positioning JD as the key retail partner for adidas across sportswear and lifestyle. You will translate global and EMEA adidas initiatives into impactful local campaigns, ensuring consistency while unlocking opportunities that connect with the Spanish consumer.
Working at the intersection of brand and retail, you will lead the development of integrated, omnichannel campaigns across retail, digital, social, paid media and experiential – bringing adidas stories, product and key moments to life within JD. You will collaborate closely with adidas stakeholder, JD HQ and local teams to deliver impactful execution.
The role requires a commercial, and strategic mindset, combined with strong executional excellence. You will use consumer insights, cultural trends and performance data to shape campaigns that not only elevate brand perception but also deliver measurable impact.
Ultimately you will play a critical role in building the adidas brand in the Spanish Market, delivering standout brand experiences that connect with consumers and drive sustained growth.

• Relevant experience in a marketing role working with brands on a global/regional/international level.
• Proven skills delivering brand growth through consumer initiatives - developing and managing brand marketing with execution experience across the full marketing mix.
• Strong understanding of the touchpoint & media landscape relevant to JD consumers.
• Adept at driving cross-functional teams effectively, able to work in matrix organisations.
• Good project management experience, managing internal stakeholders, agencies, customers, and other external partners. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Demonstrated organisational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including in brief & presentation writing.
• Highly proficient with all relevant computer software MS office, Keynote etc.
• An understanding and interest in sports lifestyle & youth culture preferred, coupled with a good understanding of the JD brand.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish and English (additional European Languages are a plus).
• Retail experience is an advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Experience Site Manager role is responsible for end-to-end management of our experience site in Madrid, which will feature unique experiences housed within the same venue. You will be the business owner and accountable for ensuring world class operational execution, exceptional customer service, and financial efficiency.
Based in Madrid, the Experience Site Manager will sit within the local site Management Team and report directly to the Fever Originals Local team. You will be at the helm – you’ll drive daily local operational decisions and lead your team in ongoing budget and operational optimization efforts. You’ll also actively work towards building the brand within the city community through community partnerships and private events.
This position requires someone with an action-bias who is ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership over the site, all while understanding and abiding by the policies and procedures set out by our Corporate Team and Production Partners.

Our VR experiences invite you to take a step back in time and dive into scenes from the past, exploring unknown parts of the world or lost civilizations. Equipped with virtual reality headsets, visitors will be invited to slip away into a unique universe, both enriching and entertaining.
Guided by cutting-edge technology, you will experience realistic sensations that transport you to fascinating times and places. A virtual guide becomes your partner in this exploration, revealing historical and cultural details with precision and captivating storytelling. These immersive expeditions give you the opportunity to discover, learn and expand your knowledge in a new and original way.
Registered as groups of 4 to 6 people, you will wander freely during 45 minutes into a 500sqm room together with up to 80 other visitors, all exploring different eras of the past or parts of the world.

El Reto: Buscamos a un/a CX Project Manager para liderar la inteligencia de cliente de uno de nuestros partners más importantes: un gigante del Retail en España.
Este no es un rol de ejecución técnica; es un rol de influencia y consultoría. Serás el interlocutor clave entre la estrategia digital local y las directrices de una gran matriz internacional, asegurando que cada paso que damos en el ecosistema digital responda a una necesidad real del mercado y aporte valor al negocio.
Tus responsabilidades estratégicas:
Interlocución Estratégica: Serás el punto de conexión entre la estrategia de CX en España y el grupo internacional. Tu misión es ser el filtro que asegure que las funcionalidades globales se alineen con las necesidades del cliente local.
Hub de Insights Cualitativos: Actuarás como el referente senior al que acuden las áreas de Negocio, Operaciones y Producto. Definirás qué medir, cuándo lanzar una encuesta y cómo interpretar los datos para que tengan sentido estratégico.
Validación y Review: Participarás en la definición de soluciones participando en sesiones estratégicas. Tu papel es validar que las propuestas resuelven los problemas reales detectados en tus análisis.
Business Case & Impacto en Conversión: Traducirás el feedback cualitativo en argumentos de negocio sólidos. Redactarás informes ejecutivos concisos que extraigan los insights clave para dar argumentos y palancas de actuación sobre los principales pains del cliente.
Estrategia de Data & Dashboards: Liderarás el alineamiento de los cuadros de mando en Qualtrics. Tu objetivo es montar dashboards consumibles y rápidos que permitan a los diferentes equipos extraer datos e insights de forma autónoma.
¿Qué perfil buscamos? (Must-haves):
Seniority: Al menos 4-5 años en estrategia digital, CX o gestión de proyectos de producto con foco cualitativo.
Experto en Herramientas: Manejo de Qualtrics (Arquitectura y dashboards). Manejo también de Jira para la gestión de prioridades.
Capacidad de Influencia: Habilidad para gestionar stakeholders de diferentes áreas y navegar en entornos internacionales complejos.

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Energy Strategy & Power Procurement, to join our team and help repower industrial heat at scale across Europe, Australia and the US. In this role, you will define how and help action the sourcing of electricity to charge our Rondo Heat Battery projects, from conceptual framing, to early-stage pricing assessments through to final commercial contracting with suppliers. Your work will directly enable project economics and viability, guide Rondo’s market expansion, and help to shape policy conditions that support adoption of electrified industrial heat.
