The Forward Deployed Intern is a vital member of Endeavour’s EdgedIQ and Edged Spain teams, working directly with the Senior Director, EdgedIQ and focusing on applying technology and data solutions to a mission critical operation. The Forward Deployed Intern needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist Operations team with the deployment, training, and adoption of the EdgedIQ platform
• Gather operational feedback, reporting, and analytics needs from end users on Edged’s digital platform footprint.
• Support building and validating analytics models, dashboards, and/or reports for operations team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve and organize operational data and workflows.
• Audit operational data (Assets, Reports, WOs, MOPs) for accuracy and completeness.
• Read, interpret, and catalog equipment assets from construction drawings and submittals as required.  
• Support data entry, configuration, and cleaning within Edged’s digital platform footprint.
• Develop technical playbooks and training to enable user adoption of digital tools.

Skills & Requirements

Education / Experience

• Pursuing an Undergraduate degree in one of the following fields: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Building MEP systems a plus.
• Previous experience in facility management a plus.

Specific Skills / Abilities

• Fluent Spanish, required.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with operations, service, engineering, and technology teams.
• Strong interest in data and digital twins. 
• Able to read and interpret engineering & construction drawings and specifications. 
• Exposure to 3D BIM models a plus. 
• Knowledge of energy efficiency, HVAC optimization, or asset management in facility operations a plus.
• Exposure to facility management tools and processes is a plus.
