As our Civil & Structural team continues to grow, remaining an integral part of our broader team, we are seeking an enthusiastic Principal Engineer to support and direct large projects, or several smaller ones, within the Power sector as part of this expanding division.
The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in project delivery and will be eager to guide graduate engineers and technicians in technical design and project management.
A demonstrated ability to manage project delivery within quality, budget, and schedule constraints is crucial, and experience in the power sector is greatly valued.

We're building a talent-dense, high-agency AI safety team at Lila that will engage all core teams within the organization (science, model training, lab integration, etc.), to prepare for risks from scientific superintelligence. Provisioning, porting, and eSIM lifecycle management happen in real-time with hard SLA requirements. Usage tracking, billing, and payments span multiple currencies and jurisdictions. Our systems need to be observable, operable, and resilient. When a carrier integration fails at 3am in a market far away, we need to know about it before the customer does.
Ours is a world where decades-old carrier protocols meet eSIMs, IoT, satellite connectivity, and the road to 6G. We are bridging that gap; making the old world programmable for the new one. We’re a platform company solving real, durable problems that don’t disappear when the hype cycle turns.

About the Role
This role is for a Senior Engineering Manager where you’ll be a manager of managers. You will be leading across multiple teams in an org of around 20-30 people. We’re expanding and your role as the Senior EM will be to grow and build new squads as needed. Your direct reports will include Tech Leads, Senior Engineers and 2-3 Engineering Managers.

Our job is solid software engineering, not hype engineering. Carrier APIs differ a lot across countries, providers and regulatory regimes. Provisioning, porting, and eSIM lifecycle management happen in real-time with hard SLA requirements. Usage tracking, billing, and payments span multiple currencies and jurisdictions. Our systems need to be observable, operable, and resilient. When a carrier integration fails at 3am in a market far away, we need to know about it before the customer does.
Ours is a world where decades-old carrier protocols meet eSIMs, IoT, satellite connectivity, and the road to 6G. We are bridging that gap; making the old world programmable for the new one. We’re a platform company solving real, durable problems that don’t disappear when the hype cycle turns.
Our engineering team is doubling in 2026. In the next step of our journey, we’re building out a senior IC track, hiring multiple staff and principal engineers, because the challenges we’re solving today are only getting deeper. Here’s a summary of the role:
This is a principal-level role for someone who has already operated at Staff or Principal Engineer level in a sizeable engineering organization and can point to specific platform decisions — in production today — that they own. You'll set the technical direction for our AI-enabled platform: architecting secure, scalable, serverless systems on AWS, defining the patterns and governance practices that multiple teams adopt, and guiding where AI genuinely adds value across the stack.
Your leverage comes from the systems, architectures, and standards you put in place — not from individual output. You'll mentor senior engineers, lead org-wide design decisions, and be the person other technical leaders turn to when the hard calls need to be made. You'll still write code, but that's not where your impact is measured.

The Role
As a Principal .NET Developer at Capco, you’ll architect and lead the delivery of enterprise-scale platforms for our global capital markets clients.
