The Role:
As an Influence Account Director at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading some of the most exciting and challenging projects in the industry. You will be armed with your experience and proven ability to think and do, enabling you to tackle complex problems with ease.
At our company, we pride ourselves on delivering strategic and impactful influence campaigns that align with our clients' objectives. As the Influence Account Director, you will bring a solid understanding of influence strategy, always ensuring that you and the team are working towards strategic objectives. Your experience managing large multi-market campaigns will be invaluable in delivering campaigns that make a real difference to our clients.
In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will provide senior counsel to clients, advising on industry developments as they occur and showing relevance for clients on the ground. You will stay up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes. You will also assist in the development of and participation in promoting our influencer offering across the business, including writing thought leadership and attending industry events.

We are seeking a Technical Accountant to join our team, and to be the in-house expert focusing on revenue recognition, plus also be involved with other areas of the month-end reporting on a permanent basis. Monks is looking for an Art Director to join the team. Someone who brings together sharp thinking with strong visual craft. This role sits between concept and execution, shaping distinctive visual identities and campaigns across a mix of clients and platforms. You’ll work closely with a tight crew of designers, copywriters, producers, and motion teams building ideas that are culturally tuned and visually refined. This is a hands-on role. You’ll need a proven eye for craft, with the ability to both direct and design across digital, motion, and integrated campaigns. Someone comfortable getting into the work, elevating it, and pushing it further. The role is hybrid, with 2-3 days in the studio and regular time on-site with clients - so strong collaboration and the ability to build trust directly with client teams is just as important as the work itself.

As the EMEA Growth Lead you’ll partner closely with Managing Directors, Growth, and Client teams across the region to drive pipeline and revenue through focused marketing and communications. Reporting into the Chief Growth Officer, EMEA, you will shape and activate integrated, multi-channel programs for our London-based operations, combining demand generation with strong narrative and market presence. Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to craft senior-level communications and PR narratives.

As a Finance Systems Specialist, you’ll take primary ownership of our LucaNet environment while providing secondary support for our NetSuite (ERP) systems. Acting as the critical "bridge" between Finance and IT, you will ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance through robust internal auditing. Resolve outstanding internal audit findings related to LucaNet and NetSuite access, data mapping, and change controls.

Maintain an "Audit Vault" of system logs and evidence to ensure the Group Finance team is always "audit-ready."
Engineer automated solutions to address recurring data bottlenecks between NetSuite and LucaNet.
Optimize the automated handshake between systems to minimize manual journals and offline reconciliations.
Monitor data flows proactively to alert the Finance team of discrepancies before they impact the month-end close cycle.
Manage the global consolidation structure, including the Chart of Accounts (CoA), intercompany eliminations, and FX translation settings.
Collaborate with the NetSuite Lead to assist with financial module configurations for seamless LucaNet export.
Govern master data changes to ensure consistency across all financial entities and reporting structures.
Translate complex financial reporting requirements into technical system configurations for Group Finance.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct training to improve system fluency across regional teams.
3+ years of experience in Finance Systems Administration.

The Role:
As an Influence Director at Ogilvy, you will play a crucial role in leading some of the most exciting and challenging projects in the industry. About The Role
This is a pivotal role offering significant opportunity within the exciting and ever-evolving world of PR, Social & Influence (with a strong focus on Influence to start!). As a Resource Manager, you’ll be a critical part of the agency’s operational success, supporting one of its busiest departments.
You will be instrumental in managing a complex interplay of people, equipment, time, and budget to ensure every project stays on track. From identifying the right talent for a new campaign to ensuring every new starter is fully equipped, you'll be key to maintaining seamless workflows.
You’ll work closely with a vibrant Integrated Team spanning 6 key disciplines. This role demands exceptional communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for problem-solving.
