You’ll sit in our Data & Business Systems group and will work with technical and non-technical people across the whole company. You’ll collaborate closely with our team of talented Analysts, Data Scientists, ML/AI Engineers and System Admins, designing and delivering first-class analytics to the business.
We’re a large team with an extensive remit and expect every member to work with initiative and be driven, holding each other accountable and to a high standard. You’re not expected to have expertise in all these technologies. Members of our team have picked up the tools once they’ve started working with the team.
At GoCardless we use marketing throughout the customer lifecycle to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth through our existing merchant base. As part of this role, you will be working closely across all marketing teams - paid, organic, lifecycle - to understand how their marketing efforts are helping to grow our merchant base and accelerate revenue. Your insights will be turned into actions as your expertise helps drive the future of GoCardless.

Salary range: the expected base salary range for this position is between €45,600 - €68,400.
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.

About the Role
iCapital is seeking an experienced and highly capable Office Manager to lead operations for our Lisbon office. This is a critical role within the global Facilities team and is central to delivering exceptional, consistent workplace experience for our employees as the company continues to grow.
Today, the Lisbon office spans four floors and supports approximately 175 employees. We are looking for a strong operator and people leader who can scale operations, build and manage a growing onsite team, and serve as a trusted partner to business leadership.
This position reports to the Regional Facilities Manager for Europe, based in New York, and currently has one direct report, with anticipated team expansion as the office footprint and headcount increase.

Reporting into the Lead UX, this is a role requiring someone with excellent ecommerce/online experience, and who has a portfolio to prove it.

We’re looking for a Manager to lead our Business Development Representative (BDR) team across Portugal and the US. This team is responsible for generating qualified pipeline by engaging both prospective customers and our existing client base, and plays a critical role in driving both new business and expansion opportunities across the business.
This person will be responsible for the day-to-day performance, coaching, and development of the BDR team. We’re looking for someone who can build and maintain a high-performance, high-accountability culture while keeping the team engaged, motivated, and having fun. A big part of the role will be driving consistent activity levels across both prospecting and customer engagement motions, improving conversion rates, and helping BDRs build the skills they need to progress into Account Executive roles over time.

We’re looking for a Highly Motivated & Hard-Working Head of Growth Marketing to join the team.
As a Head of Growth Marketing, you will be at the heart of crafting data-driven forecasts and executing strategies that push our clients toward their goals. Your actions and initiatives consistently resonate with the core values of CTC Global, serving as a beacon for these principles. At CTC, your trained expertise is invaluable, covering the entire spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition.
Your role extends past strategy alone, it’s also about fostering strong client relationships by clearly communicating the steps taken and how results compare to projections. This ongoing transparency builds trust and strengthens the connection between CTC and its clients, helping them navigate the nuances of media buying and long-term growth planning.
You stand as a representative and dedicated advocate for CTC's distinctive approach to media acquisition and its accompanying tools. As a Head of Growth Marketing, you are held to a high standard. People know that if you are involved, things will get accomplished.
