The Revenue Enablement Manager – Readiness & Content, ensures commercial teams have the right assets and plays at the right moment. You own how enablement content is created, governed, distributed and optimised to support faster execution and higher quality deals, globally. 

You work closely with the Global Enablement Lead, Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure the enablement strategy is activated through governed, usable and revenue impacting content.

You’ll bring a mix of frontline commercial experience, strong content sensibility, and operational rigour to drive tangible business outcomes.

• Content Strategy & Creation
  • Develop and maintain a library of high-impact enablement content (pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks, talk tracks, objection handlers).
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer ops teams to ensure messaging is consistent, relevant, and aligned to buyer needs.
  • Translate complex product/solution capabilities into digestible, value-led collateral for internal and external use.
• Readiness & Best Practice Enablement
  • Own the “last mile” of readiness: ensuring commercial teams know what to use, when to use it, and how to use it to influence pipeline.
  • Run content-specific enablement sessions and office hours to drive adoption and front line readiness.
  • Support customer enablement by collaborating with CSMs and CS Ops to create assets that drive onboarding, expansion, and retention.

• Content Governance & Operations
  • Own and optimise our content management system to ensure content is easy to find, up to date, and used effectively.
  • Establish a process for content lifecycle management, working with stakeholders to audit and sunset outdated assets.
  • Track content performance and usage to continuously improve effectiveness and inform new asset creation.
  • Feed real execution needs back into enablement and GTM planning
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a tactical bridge between Enablement and all commercial functions eg. Sales, Product, Legal, Pricing etc to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Influence go-to-market motions by aligning enablement content to product launches, campaign initiatives, and market shifts with clear, ready to use materials

What excites us  

Experience

• Essential: 3+ years in a revenue enablement, content marketing, or revenue operations role – ideally with experience managing a content system and/or proficient in owning systems.
• Essential: Track record of creating and driving adoption of impactful enablement materials that move the needle on commercial outcomes.
• Bonus: 2+ years in a commercial role (AE, CSM/AM, SDR, Partnerships, Marketing) with a proven understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle, preferably in SaaS or FinTech

Base salary range: £32,800 - £49,200

The role

Sales Ops is a force multiplier and "the critical link between the development and the execution of the sales strategy and go-to-market strategy." The team's mission is to increase the productivity and effectiveness of our customers and our GC colleagues by reducing friction in the sales process.

The Sales Ops Analyst will play a vital role in this mission, directly empowering our commercial teams and driving efficiency through robust system management, data integrity and user support. Diagnosing and fixing issues in Salesforce.com and in our commissions data will be a large part of this role.

Our Tech Stack and Tools: Salesforce, Qobra, Revenue Cloud, Docusign, Kernel, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Gong, ChiliPiper, Crossbeam.

The role

Working with customers across the UK & Ireland,  you will be responsible for the successful adoption and growth of your portfolio across a variety of customers. 

Your primary responsibility will be identifying a path to increase the breadth and depth of GoCardless usage and value across the customers footprint. You will need to work closely with your account team to map the scope by customer, identify stakeholders, assess risk/opportunity and create an execution plan. 

As a part of our wider success team, you will also work closely with Professional Services to drive implementation and time to value, our Customer Advocacy team to enhance the customer experience and share success stories, and Renewal Managers to work towards retention alongside a dedicated Account Executive for expansion and growth opportunities.

You will own the customer lifecycle, delivering value at each milestone and will be excited to drive the awareness and uptake of GoCardless as an account to account payments provider offering Bank Debit alongside our Open Banking capabilities.

As CSM at GoCardless you will:

• Manage a book of business (BOB) and ensure delivery against milestones throughout the customer lifecycle, aligned with our team’s business KPIs.
• Drive commercial discussions with customers by devising strategies to drive positive Net Revenue Retention.
• Own and execute Account Plans tailored to each customer's strategic goals, positioning GoCardless as a trusted partner.
• Partner with the Account Management and Sales team on Account Planning and driving total book of business growth through competitive, market and whitespace analysis.
• Share commercial ownership of the Account Commercial Success including the need to Identify, nurture and close expansion opportunities across the base.
• Identify and build a strong relationship with key stakeholders including C-suite, champions and end-users.
• Work Cross functionally and collaboratively involving leadership across the business to drive customer value.
• Mitigate risk including managing renewals for existing customers  
• Forecasting accountability for your owned book of business

The Financial Crime Risk Team 

We’re part of the Risk Organisation and are at the forefront of GoCardless’ global expansion.  We ensure that GoCardless adopts, implements and maintains innovative and appropriate processes and controls, paving the way for our company to deliver superb products in a compliant manner.

The Role

As the Second Line of Defence (2LoD) subject matter expert, the Financial Crime Risk Manager will report directly to the Group MLRO and will play both a regional and global role. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with building and maintaining effective AML/CTF, ABC, and sanctions systems and controls to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in various GoCardless locations.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What excites you

• Executing the firm’s annual financial crime Enterprise-wide Risk Assessments, including risk identification, data analysis, inherent risk assessment and control evaluation; 
• Closely follow legal, compliance, and regulatory developments in relation to AML/CTF, ABC, and sanctions in the Fintech industry, to ensure our processes keep pace;
• Drafting annual external reports to regulatory authorities, and liaise with the FCA, NCA and other external agencies where applicable;
• New products, markets business partnerships/intiatives risk assessments and programme updates;
• Drafting financial crime management information and periodic reports to senior management, analysing trends and recommending enhancements to first line controls; 
• Delivering targeted financial crime training to the Compliance Operations team and Sales team on areas that are identified as requiring improvement;
• Advising on CDD escalations based on internal policies and procedures;
• Monitoring and responding to AML / Sanctions-related escalations in JIRA;
• Reviewing and approving of high-risk customers at onboarding (e.g. PEPs);
• Reviewing and approving of requests for waivers, dispensations and minor policy exceptions from the first line defence;
• Promoting a culture of good financial crime management across the firm;
• Covering MLRO annual leave / absences
• Supporting on the Financial Crime Risk roadmap projects to design and deploy controls over new products, new markets, and enhancements throughout the company;
• Support the wider Compliance based on capacity, need and expertise.

 What excites us

• You have 5+ years’ experience in financial crime within the 2 LoD of an FCA regulated financial services firm or within consultancy;
• You have strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks, guidelines, and requirements across the UK, US, EU, New Zealand, Australia, and/or Canada, as well as bodies like the FATF, Wolfsberg Group, etc.;
• You have experience in designing internal controls from scratch and driving their implementation, including automation where feasible;
• You have worked within a fast growing, scale-up business;
• You have experience conducting AML/CTF and sanctions compliance monitoring reviews, including model calibration and validation;
• You have exceptional analytical, writing and presentation skills;
• You have a 'sleeves-rolled-up' approach to your work.

Base salary range: £46,400 - £69,600

The Role

The Assurance Manager is a key role in the Financial Crime Compliance team, that reports directly into the Group MLRO and will be responsible for operating the second line oversight framework. The role will be responsible for monitoring and testing our financial crime risk controls, working with our auditors to ensure that audit reviews go smoothly, and will be responsible for driving closure of open issues.

This is a hands-on role that has both a long-term, strategic focus as well as getting the day-to-day things done.

What excites you:

• Providing assurance of our financial crime risk controls through regular testing, thematic reviews, targeted deep-dive reviews, and data analysis — assessing adequacy of GoCardless’ financial crime policies, procedures and systems.
• Planning, preparing, and executing the end-to-end annual Financial Crime Compliance Assurance program.
• Drafting reports that outline findings and corresponding action plans to mitigate issues found during reviews.
• Pulling, and then slicing and dicing large data (advanced Excel etc.) to identify and monitor risk indicators.
• Managing and/or overseeing day-to-day regulatory/external/internal exams related to financial crime — including preparation, coordination, and response activities.
• Logging and tracking to completion of assurance, audit, self-identified and other related risks and issues, to validate remediation efforts, as well as escalate to relevant stakeholders where appropriate.
• Supporting the development, introduction and completion of project and business solutions to resolve any financial crime related matters.
• Delivering targeted financial crime training and conducting root cause "lessons learned" sessions for the Compliance Operations and Sales teams to drive continuous improvement in areas identified during reviews.
• Developing cross-functional skills within the global team and demonstrating a proactive willingness to support, own, and execute tasks from start to finish.
• Supporting the wider Regulatory Compliance Assurance team as required, providing insight and assistance to ensure firm-wide adherence to evolving regulatory standards globally.

What excites us:

• Deep understanding of risks and controls. Knowledge of ML/TF, KYC/CDD, and transaction monitoring is a plus.
• 4+ years’ experience in assurance or risk management (2LoD/3LoD/Audit). This is a 2LoD oversight-based role, distinct from operational 1LoD functions such as KYC/EDD, QA/QC, or Alert Investigation.
• Comfortable with developing methodology for testing the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Organised and have an ability to articulate and recommend practical remediations, and track issues to closure.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management.
• Have objective verbal and writing skills to write and communicate clear and concise assurance reports which are accessible to non-financial crime experts.
• Deliver targeted presentations that succinctly report on the effectiveness of our issue management process.
• Understanding of financial crime model calibration — knowledge of fuzzy matching logic and ‘tuning’ testing including AtL and BtL testing.

The Role

As an SDR, your main goal will be to prospect and qualify new business opportunities with senior decision-makers across the UK&I. You will work highly collaboratively with experienced Sales Account Executives to win new business. 

You will be responsible for introducing GoCardless to new customers, identifying their pains, uncovering opportunities, and growing the pipeline through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, video and phone calls. This will entail researching and identifying relevant stakeholders in the sales decision-making process. 

The Training

You don't necessarily need prior experience although having some sales, customer facing experience in any setting (recruitment, property sales, B2B, B2C) would be a plus. GoCardless will train you to become an expert on the value proposition and the market.
