Wargaming Kyiv is looking for a skilled 3D Artist to help bring iconic armored vehicles to life in some of our most well-known titles. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong modeling expertise, and a solid understanding of vehicle design, we’d love to hear from you.

What will you do?

• Create photorealistic and game-ready 3D models of vehicles, props, and other hard surface assets.
• Handle the full production cycle, from high-poly sculpting to in-engine export and setup.
• Utilize cutting-edge CG technology to push the quality bar even higher.
• Continuously grow your expertise through training, personal development, and knowledge sharing within the team.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in the game development industry as a 3D Artist.
• Strong hard surface modeling skills, particularly in vehicle creation and mechanical structures.
• Expertise in high-poly and low-poly modeling, UV mapping, and normal map baking.
• Solid understanding of PBR texturing workflows and materials.
• Proficiency in Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush, and Photoshop.
• Ability to work from technical documents, blueprints, and real-world references.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience with Substance Designer, UVLayout, and Marvelous Designer.
• Hands-on experience with photogrammetry to enhance realism.
• Strong drawing or concepting skills to visualize ideas before modeling.

Work mode

• Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office) or Remote (from anywhere within Ukraine).

Job Overview

We are looking for a Level Artist to join our team and help create immersive, visually compelling, and optimized game environments. You will work closely with the Art Owner and other departments to bring our creative vision to life.

What will you do?

• Build game levels using pre-made 3D assets and modular kits.
• Create textures and decals (Adobe Photoshop required; Substance tools, AI tools are a plus).
• Collaborate with the Art Director to develop the mood and storytelling of locations.
• Ensure all levels meet performance and optimization requirements.
• Work closely with designers, VFX artists, and engineers for seamless gameplay.
• Maintain a high visual standard while balancing technical constraints.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Level Artist or Environment Artist.
• Strong understanding of art fundamentals: color, composition, contrast, depth, and scale.
• Hands-on experience with game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity, or proprietary).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of optimization techniques for in-game environments.
• Familiarity with the World of Tanks universe and gameplay will be a strong advantage.

• Create high-quality 2D animations for digital content and marketing materials.
• Apply motion design principles such as timing, easing, rhythm, and weight.
• Animate typography that is clear, engaging, and visually appealing.
• Translate concepts into compelling visual stories through motion.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver creative solutions.
• Prepare and organize assets for animation using design tools.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and project requirements.
• Stay up to date with motion design trends, especially in digital advertising.

• Basic to intermediate experience in 2D animation and motion design.
• Strong understanding of composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (primary tool).
• Experience with Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator for asset preparation.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Strong creative thinking and visual ideation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex messages into clear visual content.

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender (3D elements).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini or Adobe Firefly.
• Understanding of advertising or motion design trends.
• Experience in AdTech or programmatic advertising.
• Knowledge of dynamic creative optimization (DCO).
• Basic sound design sense.
