Monks is seeking an experienced client-facing Data Engineer (Marketing & BI) to drive data and analytics delivery across marketing, audience, and e-commerce engagements for both small and large enterprise clients.
This is a hands-on role that blends business and data responsibilities. Your time will be split approximately 70% on client delivery and 30% internal (capability building, reusable assets, innovation, growth, etc). You’ll be focused on SQL-based data modelling and analytics delivery, and you’ll run client workshops and stakeholder management, while also building out solutions in the broader BI space, executing technical implementations across a range of analytics and cloud data platforms.
The ideal candidate has a history of working with modern data products (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift), and a proven track record of experience with the modern data stack based on cloud technologies, including data transformation, orchestration, warehousing and modelling, as well as BI and dashboard design using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau.

What you will do
As a Business Development Manager for Malaysia, you will be responsible for our international expansion by identifying and closing new business within the Malaysian market. Reporting to our Regional Sales Director, you will manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and cold calling to contract negotiations. You will act as a consultant to our clients, creating proposals that meet their needs while supporting Lighthouse’s commercial goals. This role is for a proactive individual who enjoys building a territory and providing a feedback loop between the market and our Product Development team.

Purpose of the role
The WFM Senior Schedule Planner (Senior SP)/ Schedule Planner operates as senior level role within CEG’s WFM Schedule Planning team, with responsibilities in creating and publishing accurate agent and Team Manager schedules.
The Senior SP/Schedule Planner will organize schedules to optimize balanced SLA delivery and comply with legal and operations constraints. This role is responsible for leading the customer service teams supporting English Languages as they provide support to customers across voice, email, chat, and back-office activities.
The Regional Manager provides vision, leadership, and guidance to each team leader and associates in the key operating areas through performance and goal setting. Effectively communicates with the team, fostering an environment in which information is shared openly. Clearly defines team goals and expectations. Develops tactical plans to reach these goals. This role requires a high level of personal and professional skills associated with running global operations teams. First and foremost, this is a people leader role and enabling local teams to be successful is core to the role. The role
Our Offensive Security Consultants support our delivery consultants running our offensive security services. They help to interpret client challenges, innovate solutions, and deliver findings. Our aim is to become trusted advisors to our clients.
You will work across the full spectrum of our pen testing services, whether point in time or continuous, as well as participate in larger engagements such as red teams. You will help our clients to build cyber resilience, enhance their understanding of the threat landscape and become better prepared to face dynamic and evolving security risks.
