Monks is looking for an experienced Data Specialist/Digital Analytics Specialist with enterprise-level client facing experience in analytics and implementation of marketing and e-commerce projects. This experience should include helping clients to develop data strategies, complex measurement projects, and experience driving value with expert knowledge and client relationship skills.
You will be responsible for analytics initiatives, including managing relationships with a number of enterprise clients, building out their analytics framework, overseeing tagging, and ad-hoc reporting needs.
The ideal candidate has a history of working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Google Marketing Platform to help a variety of businesses, overseeing or directly having a hand in the implementation of their data collection, as well as finding ways to utilize this data to drive value for their clients through reporting and analysis.
This role also offers a huge opportunity for growth within our AUNZ team and APAC data team, the ability to participate in innovation on projects, and the potential to advance the practice of analytics and data from the forefront.

The Role
The Financial Controlling team at Monks is responsible for financial controlling of the APAC entities and of the monthly consolidation of several practices and their divisional results. The team operates in an international environment, collaborates closely, and interacts with various departments, including local finance teams, S4 group team, FP&A, MDs, tax, legal, HR, etc. The Finance Manager will have financial controlling responsibilities for various entities in APAC. Additionally, as part of the monthly consolidation the manager will work with local finance teams across the world, including US, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA. The role focuses on financial reporting, alignment, process improvements, and integration due to the company's acquisitions. This role will report into the APAC Financial Controller based in Singapore.

The Senior Executive is the operational backbone of the performance pod, accountable for end-to-end campaign delivery from brief interpretation through to campaign close.
This is not a pure oversight role: you are hands-on across platforms while also leading execution quality, owning reporting integrity, and directing optimisation decisions across assigned Maisons.

The Integrated Project manager oversees the end-to-end production, actively tracking key milestones such as translation requests, in market price validation, client approvals and delivery, ensuring creative teams are working efficiently, managing status, risks and challenges of all the campaign deliverables and resource, escalating production issues to the Regional Producer. The SEM & Paid Media Manager will own and optimize Selkirk Sport’s paid digital advertising across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, Xiao Hong Shu, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms, with a focus on Malaysia while supporting broader Asia growth. This role combines strategic media buying, audience targeting and conversion optimization to maximize ROI across paid channels.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on performance marketer, analytical thinker and platform expert who thrives on turning data into revenue.
Develop and execute multi-platform paid media strategies for Google Search, Shopping Display, Meta, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, LinkedIn, YouTube across Asia.
Localize strategies for Malaysia, Philippines, and Vietnam, adapting to regional trends and consumer behavior.
Budget Management & Optimization
Manage and allocate six-figure USD monthly budgets, ensuring efficient spend across platforms to meet ROAS and CAC targets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through bid adjustments, audience refinement and platform testing.
Leverage advanced tools: Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns.
Implement tracking setups (GA4, GTM, Conversion API) and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Optimize landing pages and post-click experiences through A/B testing and UX best practices.
Track and analyze KPIs (CPC, CAC, CPO, ROAS, CTR), translating data into actionable insights.
Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to stakeholders with clear recommendations.
Use Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and pivot tables to uncover growth opportunities.
Partner with creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets (video, static, carousel).
Align with SEO, organic social, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
Manage regional agency partners (if applicable) to ensure brand consistency and local market expertise.
