Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple web and mobile application projects. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of experience in end-to-end IT project delivery (web/mobile applications)
• Strong Agile project management experience (Scrum/Kanban); PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership
• Experience in budgeting, planning, and resource management
• Strong vendor and third-party management experience
• Expertise in risk, issue, and dependency management
• Good understanding of API, microservices, and modern architectures
• Exposure to web/mobile technologies (e.g., Java, Angular, VueJS)
• Familiarity with analytics/monitoring tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, Dynatrace)
• Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards (e.g., OWASP, CMMI)
• Hands-on with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
• Experience managing cross-functional and matrix teams
• Multi-country project exposure is an added advantage
• Prior experience in Banking/Insurance domain is preferred

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow PPM Developer to support the implementation, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module. The role involves developing platform solutions, integrating systems, and supporting enterprise project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer the ServiceNow PPM module.

• Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, and Jelly.

• Configure and manage PPM applications including Project, Demand, Resource, Agile, and Financial Management.

• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Server.

• Support platform development, enhancements, and deployments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform development and PPM implementation.

• Strong experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and administration.

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, and Jelly scripting.

• Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow PPM modules including Project, Demand, Resource, Agile, and Financial Management.

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs).

JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Must‑haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in AEM development.
• Proficient in Java, JCR, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), JSP, and Apache Felix.
• Familiar with frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React or Angular (optional).
• Experience with AEM tools: CRXDE, Maven, Dispatcher, Adobe Target/Analytics (plus).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe Certified AEM Developer (nice to have).
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud integrations.
• Exposure to multi-language or multi-site AEM implementations.
