Our platform enables our customers (banks, financial institutions) to build and run integrations in a reliable and efficient way. In this role you will drive its uptime, automation, performance, security, and long-term architecture. Mentor and Elevate: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence by mentoring team members, sharing expertise, and leading by example.
Core Qualifications:
Extensive Experience: 6+ years of experience in system engineering, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and running highly-available workloads in enterprise cloud environments.

Mentorship Mindset: You combine deep technical expertise with a passion for mentorship, providing peers with hands-on guidance and collaborative problem-solving.
Automation-First Philosophy: Your primary goal is to make every process predictable, repeatable, and fully automated.

Infrastructure as Code: Expert-level user of Terraform or OpenTofu.
Kubernetes Ecosystem: Proficient with Helm, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Kustomize.
Service Mesh: Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Istio.
