About the Role
We are now expanding our engineering team and looking for a senior DevOps engineer. If you aspire to work on cutting-edge technologies and frameworks, side by side with some of the smartest technologists, this may be a unique place for you. You will be working as a part of a distributed agile team, building a new SaaS platform that underpins a suite of enterprise applications solving a variety of hard data analytics and enterprise problems. You will be responsible for ensuring that the framework and products we develop meet the established design, implementation, and quality goals
What You’ll Do
- Be a part of a globally distributed team of operations team to design/develop/architect Securiti’s core infrastructure
- Write reliable, secure, performant, and fully automated deployment pipelines
- Monitor platform performance and be on-call to address any urgent issues
- Integrate new technologies into back-end cloud infrastructure
- Evaluate and adapt new technologies where they provide value
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed to monitor and act on alerts from Securiti’s infrastructure
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing software, with experience in cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience with writing infrastructure as code with relevant experience using tools like Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation
- Experience with Container technologies like Docker and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes
- Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins
- Experience with configuration management, network request routing, blue/green or canary deployments, in-service software upgrade
- Development experience with one of Python or Golang
- Experience with Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, WaveFront, Zabbix,, etc
- Good knowledge of Linux and Bash scripting
- Experience with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Mongo/Elasticsearch) technologies
- Knowledge and use of performance tuning, profiling,, and software metrics tools
- Very strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to utilize creative thinking to solve complex engineering problems.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a must
- Outstanding verbal, written,, and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of energy, teamwork, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn new technologies

About the Role
You will be working as a part of a distributed agile team, building a new SaaS platform that underpins a suite of enterprise applications solving a variety of hard data analytics and enterprise problems. You will be responsible for ensuring that the framework and products we develop meet the established design, implementation, and quality goals.
What You’ll Do
- Be a part of a globally distributed team of backend engineers to design/develop/architect Securiti’s core backend platform
- Help create architecture documents, functional specifications, design documents, and developer test plans
- Coordinate end-to-end development, deployment, and testing of new features and enhancements in the product
- Write reliable, secure, performant, and scalable code
- Perform code reviews and analysis
- Monitor platform performance and be on-call to address any urgent issues
- Work with customer support and address customer issues
- Integrate new technologies into back-end cloud infrastructure
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 7 years of experience developing software, with some experience using container technologies like Docker
- Experience in building highly available and scalable distributed systems for the cloud
- Strong conceptual understanding of multi-threaded applications
- Professional development experience in GoLang, Java, C++, or Python
- Good knowledge of Linux and bash scripting
- Good software development practices: should thrive in an environment of rapid development, peer code reviews, and write good functional/unit tests
- Experience with microservices and REST-based HTTP/2 architectures
- Experience with SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (Mongo/Elasticsearch) technologies
- Knowledge and use of performance tuning, profiling, and software metrics tools
- Very strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to utilize creative thinking to solve complex engineering problems
- Understanding of continuous integration tools, including Jenkins
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a must
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of energy, teamwork, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn new technologies
- Working knowledge of networks and web concepts
Bonus Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Experience with Containerisation technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience with tools like terraform, helm, docker
- Understanding of Network Services such as Load-Balancers, Security, QoS
- Understanding of platform level concerns, such as configuration management, network request routing, blue/green or canary deployments, in-service software upgrade
- Experience in building API based connectors to cloud-based SaaS services is a big plus

As a Senior Software Engineer I in the Central Engineering team, you are a force multiplier. You don’t just deliver features; you set the standard for how they are delivered. You will bridge the gap between complex requirements and elegant, AI-augmented implementations, owning large components of our ecosystem and relentlessly driving excellence through automation.
What You'll Do
- AI-Driven Development: Lead by example in using AI tools (Claude Code, LLMs, automated agents) to accelerate the entire SDLC—from rapid prototyping to automated testing and documentation.
- Ownership: Design, develop, and maintain complex, full-stack features, owning the lifecycle of your services—from initial system design and API contracts to deployment and on-call support.
- System Architecture: Contribute significantly to system design discussions, evolving patterns to ensure our microservices are scalable, decoupled, and resilient.
- Quality & Mentorship: Maintain a high bar for code quality through deep code reviews. Actively mentor Software Engineers (I & II), fostering a culture of AI-first thinking.
- Operational Excellence: Participate in on-call rotations, lead incident post-mortems, and build "self-healing" systems with automated monitoring.
What You'll Need
- Experience: 6+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of shipping high-scale distributed systems.
- The AI-First Mindset: You have integrated AI tools into your daily workflow to increase velocity and code quality.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in modern backend languages (Go, Java, or Node.js) and a deep understanding of React and TypeScript on the frontend.
- Distributed Systems: Advanced knowledge of REST/gRPC, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and both SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Deep familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to own your infrastructure on AWS.
- Bonus Points: Experience building/integrating AI agents or LLM wrappers, and a history of contributing to open-source projects or tech blogs.
