Stripe is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regulatory Compliance & Money Laundering Reporting Officer (RC & MLRO) to lead our regulatory compliance and financial crimes program in Japan. This role sits within the Affiliates pillar of the Financial Crime, Compliance & Risk Oversight (FinCRO) organization, and you will be reporting to the APAC Affiliates Lead.
You will be the named RC & MLRO of Stripe Japan and will lead/assist in the registration of Stripe Japan as a Funds Transfer Business Operator (FTBO) with the Kanto Local Finance Bureau (KBF), under the oversight of the Japan Financial Services Agency (JFSA). In your role as the RC & MLRO, you will be the principal decision-maker and strategic lead on regulatory compliance and financial crime risk management decisions, serving a critical role in ensuring Stripe’s continued safe growth and success in Japan. You will also be the public face of FinCRO in Japan. The ideal candidate must have deep subject matter expertise and a proven track record building and evolving tech-forward regulatory compliance and financial crime programs (collectively, compliance programs).

• Good mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively in cleanroom and office environments for extended periods, both on‑site and remotely

About the Team/Role
Entrupy Inc. is seeking a full-time remote Customer Experience Agent. The Customer Experience Agent position is a salaried position. You will be trained on how to assist customers via phone, e-mail, our in-app chat, and our CRM platform. You will own the local enablement execution layer for Japan so that APJ selling skills programmes are fully localised, delivered well, reinforced by local leaders, and adopted in the field with credibility and consistency. This role ensures that APJ skills development design becomes real in Japan – local, usable, reinforced, and adopted. You will work closely with Japan sales leaders, managers, and sellers to understand business priorities, identify capability gaps, and co‑create enablement that improves pipeline quality, win rates, deal velocity, and seller confidence. You will play a key role in designing, localising, and delivering programs that are relevant to the Japan market, leveraging AI tools to scale and personalise content and learning experiences. You will partner with the Global Enablement team while acting as the Japan voice of the field, ensuring that global frameworks, methodologies, and content translate into practical, high‑impact experiences for Japan.
You will report to the Sales Enablement Leader and be based in the Everpure Tokyo Office, and your primary sales audience scope will be the local AE, PAM, SE, PTM populations as relevant to the country plan as well as the local sales leaders who must inspect and coach.

Develop an exhaustive understanding of what drives a customer’s business and what motivates their decision making
Connect the dots from technology solutions, inclusive of the Everpure Storage portfolio and others from the ecosystem, to measurable customer business outcomes
Partner closely with account managers, specialists and SI partners to create a seamless and holistic customer experience and strategy to drive revenue growth and net new business
Passionately bring to light the advantages of a Everpure Storage solution
Refine sales strategy and tactics, taking command of technical responsibilities
Delight customers and teammates with your technical leadership and domain expertise on storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings in the DAS, NAS and SAN product spaces
Take control of evaluations, benchmarks and system configurations
Build and deliver technical product and architecture presentations with vigor to customers and lock in the technical win with clients and prospective accounts
Capture requirements and translate Customer’s business needs into innovative solutions to accelerate their growth and capacity
Author responses to RFI & RFPs
Seek out and spur new opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance testing/validation
Promote mutual roadmap and planning exchanges
Liaise with product and technical marketing to produce materials (i.e. whitepaper, web presentations) that support overall alliance plans and objectives
Stay current with the competition and ensure that materials accurately reflect the latest, differentiated solution positioning
Move with market trends and competitive landscape to promote thought leadership within our organization

WHAT YOU BRING
Creativity, empathy, an open mind, curiosity and a desire for continuous learning
Strong public sector domain knowledge across central ministries/agencies, independent administrative agencies, municipalities, and education/healthcare; understanding of decision processes and constraints a plus.
Government procurement/tender experience including RFx (RFI/RFP), specs support, compliance matrices, Q&A, bid presentations, and evaluation support a plus.
Partner ecosystem collaboration with SI partners, cloud providers, and ISVs; ability to align technical architectures with commercial motions.
Pre-sales experience is required: 5 or more years of relevant experience, mixed among technology, design, and communications required.
Experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software to enterprise accounts preferred
Deep understanding of the architecture, design and implementation of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions
Prior experience in targeting new prospects and converting them into clients
Contribute significant portions and/or lead responses to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs
Superior knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN)Linux, NFS file systems and Linux distributed network environment
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP a plusInstallation/configuration of distributed computing, multiprocessing, virtual memory subsystem, storage subsystems architecture, shared memory architectures, cache architectures, windowing systems

THE ROLE
The Field Solution Architect (FSA) is the regional business and technical leader for a specific workload, responsible for driving strategy, execution, and measurable business impact and growth for that workload across the assigned geo. Acting as a Workload Business Owner, the FSA combines deep technical expertise with cross-functional leadership to grow the pipeline, accelerate bookings, and strengthen Everpure’s ecosystem.
The FSA partners closely with district and regional Sales, Sales Engineering, Global Partner Organization, and Marketing leadership to shape and execute go-to-market strategies for their assigned workload. Through annual planning cycles, quarterly sales reviews (QSRs), and ongoing GTM alignment, the FSA advises leadership on market opportunity, customer priorities, and competitive dynamics. By adding workload-specific insights into regional and district strategies, the FSA ensures growth opportunities are clearly represented, prioritized, and translated into actionable plans that drive pipeline creation, bookings, and sustained adoption.
The role requires strong technical depth in Artificial Intelligence, Analytics and/or high performance computing along with a solid understanding of the surrounding ecosystem. Own the business success of your workload across APJ. Operate with a business development mindset and partner with regional GTM leadership to drive structured annual planning, and alignment across sales, SE, marketing and partner organizations.

Be the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned workload demonstrating mastery of both the technology and the sales motion. Align workload strategies and architectures with Everpure Storage’s unique strengths to drive differentiation, technical wins, and measurable customer outcomes.
Act as the voice and advocate of your workload across Everpure, partners, and the broader ecosystem. Build a strong technical community that amplifies Everpure’s message, strengthens partner capability, and drives mutual success across alliances and the channel.
