The Twilio Solutions Engineer is both highly technical and a skilled executive relationship builder. They are comfortable showing an engaging communications experience to a CEO or sketching out a flow on a whiteboard with technical decision makers.
This position is needed to deliver the technical win and product fit to our customers across APJ and in particular focusing on Mandarin speaking customers across the region. A Twilio Communications Solutions Engineer is an experienced pre-sales engineer who builds customer trust in Twilio’s Customer Engagement Platform, resulting in customer success at our largest, most strategic accounts. The Solutions Engineer leads the technical pre-sales relationship, proposes technical architectures, demonstrates the product, anticipates concerns, and provides creative solutions to our customers' most complex communications and customer engagement challenges and needs.

This position is needed to enable our customers to build the future of communications. The Senior Solutions Engineer is a critical part of the sales team focused on our Digital Sales segment.
Twilio’s Senior Solutions Engineers are responsible for delivering the Technical Win and best Product Fit to our customers.They lead the technical pre-sales relationship, drive technical discovery, propose technical architectures, demonstrate the product, anticipate concerns and offer creative solutions. They build customer trust in Twilio’s solutions.
Senior Solutions Engineers should be comfortable engaging with mid-level managers or sketching out an API flow on a whiteboard with customer software engineers.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer you will be able to fully and independently run low to mid-complexity opportunities. You will have exposure to all aspects of a deal and will work towards comprehensive knowledge of both our technology and elements of the deal cycle. Additionally, you will take the initiative in identifying and resolving issues that can improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team. In doing so, you may lead the design and execution of small to medium technical projects with limited oversight.

About the role
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Data Backend to design and operate production-grade data backend systems at scale. This role combines backend service engineering and data platform engineering, with strong focus on reliability, performance, and cost efficiency in a cloud-native environment.
You will work on high-throughput APIs/services in Go, as well as data processing and workflow components in Python/Spark/SQL, partnering closely with product, platform, and data teams.

Overview
As a Solutions Engineer, you would oversee integrations with advertisers, exchanges and ecosystem partners using InMobi’s products to develop innovative solutions and overcoming technical obstacles presented by customers. You would be responsible for guaranteeing the technical aspects of the assigned integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary requirements and technical guidance. You will actively shape the business with your technical expertise, customer focus and passion using InMobi advertising solutions.
