About the role: 

OLIVER is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team! 

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong Powerpoint skills where you design skill are optimized with the tools of the Powerpoint Software.  This would inlcude animation, effects and templates.  

If you are someone who enjoys working as part of a fast-moving creative team coupled with experience working on print, digital, and video projects from idea to completion, then this might be the role for you!  

What you will be doing: 

• Work with internal team to develop concepts and execute work for new assignments 
• Support the team in the delivery of final artwork files for print and/ or digital 
• Work with internal teams, account and creative to ensure continuity of delivery within agreed timeframes and to high standards 
• To work with clients to ensure their briefs and amendments are interpreted and executed accurately, to proactively deliver excellent customer service and maintain the highest quality of design output 
• Mentor juniors to facilitate their development, including but not limited to their creative and technical skill, to increase productivity and enhanced staff morale 

What you need to be great in this role: 

• 3-5 years of experience working as a designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative services group or design firm 
• Experience with workflow/project management tools – WorkFront 
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment 
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, ability to take concepts through to completion -- printed piece or digital publication 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate requirements; ability to actively listen 
• Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members 
• Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment 
• Organized, detail oriented, stays cool under pressure, and relationship builder 
• Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies 
• Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical

A creative designer produces artwork and design concepts that can take on many different forms. For example, you might create visuals, brainstorm concepts, work with team members to develop concepts,

and ensure that the final product is aligned with the company or client standards.

Responsibilities

Specifically, this role will be doing:

• Determine the message the design should portray
• Create graphic design that identify the client campaign or convey a message
• Follow aCommerce work process and flow for creative request
• Follow the deadline and the lead time
• Able to priority work
• Able to control cost and performance
• Follow the direction given in the brief when creating the creative requests
• Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
• Review designs for errors before submitting them
• Content creation base on campaign
• Copy writing &Translation

Qualification

• Strong design for mobile and gadget product and electronic category
• Excellent in Photoshop, Illustrator and any other design tools
• Excellent in UI/UX is a plus
• Able to do microsoft office
• Able to do motion / animated gif
• Good attitude toward work
• Always create a good environment at work
• Able to design for desktop, mobile, and tablet
• Initiative

• Able to understand the clients’ need and accept the client’s decisions
• Good English skill
