How will you contribute?

• Develop and maintain complex full-stack applications, focusing on React for the frontend and Python/Django (or Node.js) for the backend.
• Provide technical leadership, including architectural decision-making, technology selection, and guiding other engineers.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

• 7+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend technologies.
• Solid backend experience with Python/Django or Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and drive solutions end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Design and implement our products and infrastructure stack, including internal systems, user experience, and advanced security features.
• Research new technologies, products, solutions for programmatic challenges.
• Work in rapid development and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with other team leaders and developers to refine software designs and improve our development process.
• Lead by example in adopting advanced technologies and techniques in software development.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience in medium to large systems.
• Professional software development experience, with proven expertise in Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redis, MongoDB, PostgresSQL, Kafka, NX, React, Redux, and Storybook.
• Strong experience with AWS services like: Lambda, SQS, SNS and S3.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) in a microservice environment.
• Strong experience in designing, optimizing, and managing databases, with a deep understanding of data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning in both SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Experience with writing and maintaining unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and performance.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Strong experience in software architecture and design, capable of leading development efforts on complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• A track record of significant contributions to the development and success of robust software applications.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively within a cross-functional team to achieve shared goals.
