We’re building a new team building to bring the power of Datadog to developers within AI-focused Developer workflows such as AI agents like Cursor, Claude code, GitHub Copilot and Datadog’s native AI agents.
We’re looking for product-minded engineers who are excited about developer tools, SDLC improvements and AI in general to help us quickly define and ship features and tools that make all Datadog customers 10x developers.

About the role:
Hello Heart is seeking an exceptional, versatile strategy Director to lead our most complex and business-critical opportunities. Reporting to the VP of Strategy, you’ll act as an owner-operator — jumping into ambiguous challenges, designing solutions, and driving outcomes that accelerate growth. Whether it’s unlocking new markets, creating commercial strategies for new product lines, or scaling operational infrastructure, you’ll own high-impact initiatives from zero to one.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000.00 to $220,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
