About the Role
Most companies treat legal research as internal homework. We turn it into product narratives, customer education, and sales momentum.
At Securiti, we are building the platform that allows enterprises to safely use data and AI while complying with global privacy and AI regulations. Our platform powers privacy and data governance programs for many of the world’s largest organizations.
As demand grows, we need a scalable way to translate global regulations into clear, usable, and market-facing content. We are looking for Marketing Legal Analysts to help power that engine.
This is an early-career role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of law, product, and marketing.
What You’ll Do

You will help build the legal foundation behind our digital and product marketing content.
This includes:
- Research that directly feeds product marketing materials
- Regulatory mappings that become customer-facing assets
- Structured insights that power solution briefs and campaigns
- Foundational content used in sales, marketing, and product education
Your mission is simple: Turn legal research into content that the market can understand and act on.
- Conduct Research That Becomes Content
Research global privacy, data protection, and AI governance laws. Focus on extracting what actually matters for customers and products.
- Support Product Marketing Deliverables
Your research will directly support the creation of:
- Solution briefs
- Website content and product pages
- Implementation guides
- Compliance mappings and regulatory crosswalks
- Playbooks and best practices
- Sales enablement materials
- Translate Law Into Clear Messaging
Break down complex legal requirements into simple, structured explanations that can be used in marketing and customer-facing content.
- Create Structured, Reusable Outputs
Organize research so it can be easily converted into:
- Digital content
- Product collateral
- Campaign materials
- Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with:
- Product Marketing
- Product
- Privacy & AI Governance team

Who You Are
You are early in your legal career and want your work to actually be used, not buried in a folder. You enjoy research, but you also like simplifying things and making them useful. You are comfortable writing in a clear, structured, and practical way. You do not need deep experience. You need curiosity, discipline, and the ability to explain things simply.
What You’ll Bring
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) or final-year law student
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Interest in privacy, data protection, or AI

Join Motive as a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II and play a key role in driving innovation, efficiency, and scale across our Sales Operations function. You’ll act as a strategic partner to Sales and GTM leaders, using data, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to unlock performance across the revenue organization.
This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex problems with data, and is eager to support a high-growth B2B SaaS business.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales performance, funnel metrics, and operational KPIs to support decision-making.

Own Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain scalable dashboards in tools like Google Sheets, Tableau, or Salesforce to surface actionable insights.

Support Strategic Projects: Assist in territory planning, pipeline forecasting, seller productivity initiatives, and tool/process improvements.

Partner Across Teams: Collaborate closely with Sales, Enablement, Systems, and GTM Ops teams to align priorities and deliver results.

Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain high data integrity in Salesforce and reporting tools through quality assurance and troubleshooting.
What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in Business Strategy, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence.

Strong technical skills in Google Sheets / Excel and Salesforce; experience with SQL, Tableau, or Looker is preferred.

Strong analytical chops and a detail-oriented mindset — you love getting into the data and spotting patterns.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable insights.

A proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working with sales teams or GTM strategy in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

Familiarity with forecasting, lead routing, or territory management.

Certifications or formal training in SQL, Tableau, Salesforce Admin, or similar.

About the Role:
As a Technical Program Analyst, you will report to the Manager of Technology Operations and will be responsible for overseeing the systems and tools powering our Global Solutions Engineering Organization, including Salesforce, Slack, Jira, Scoro and others. We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic, and growth-oriented individual to drive a state-of-the-art agent experience that is rooted in Salesforce and its supporting ecosystem. You're a good fit if you have an interest and aptitude in understanding the business needs deeply and designing thoughtfully for efficiency, the highest quality, and scalability. You think about the customer and user experience first as you think through solutions and help identify ways to drive improvements.
What You'll Do:
- Learn about the business needs and utilize your deep knowledge of technology to design processes and automation to create the most efficient tool configuration possible
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology tools used by Internal teams
- Support the members of the management team to accomplish technology goals
- Manage incoming tools/system access and configuration requests
- Triage day-to-day issues that arise for internal and external tools
- Partner with IT and engineering to implement and troubleshoot new processes and workflows
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a Technology operations role or as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- A deep and ever-improving understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and the surrounding ecosystem, including 3rd party products
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
- Effectively juggled multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for learning new technologies and quickly becoming the resident expert
- Strong communication that partners effectively with different teams to drive results
- Proven experience implementing and improving systems powering Sales Engineering Teams
- Preferred one of the following certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Business Analyst
- Sales Cloud Consultant
