We are seeking a Customer Success & Logistics Analyst to join our Customer Success team in Dublin. The Customer Success & Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing order delivery execution within Salesforce. This role ensures accurate scheduling, shipment coordination, intercompany visibility, and revenue tracking from an order creation through delivery. The position acts as a liaison between Production, Logistics and Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment and data accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP experience with a keen interest in data analytics and strong attention detail ensuring speed and accuracy throughout the order fulfilment process.

About the Role
As a Staff Product Designer for Security & Compliance, you'll lead design for complex security experiences that help organizations protect their software supply chain, manage vulnerabilities, and meet compliance requirements. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical security concepts and user-centered design—translating intricate workflows into clear, usable experiences for developers and security teams.
Your initial focus will be on Software Supply Chain Security (provenance and attestation, signing and verification, dependency firewall, SBOM, and malicious package detection). Over time, your work will span the broader Security & Compliance portfolio, including application security scanners, policy governance, vulnerability management, and agentic orchestration. You'll partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure independently-owned features connect into coherent customer workflows.
This role requires deep systems thinking. Security decisions ripple across the platform—from CI/CD pipelines to registries to deployment. You'll define interaction patterns that scale across product areas, contribute foundational components to our Pajamas Design System, and help establish the design language for how GitLab communicates risk, trust, and compliance status to users.

As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Pipeline Security team, you'll take technical ownership of GitLab's native Secrets Manager, a production system built on OpenBao that helps secure sensitive credentials across GitLab CI/CD pipelines. You'll work at the intersection of backend engineering and infrastructure, shaping architecture in Ruby on Rails and Go, guiding decisions around role-based access control (RBAC), GraphQL APIs, and Kubernetes deployment configuration. The Pipeline Security team builds features that make GitLab CI pipelines more secure and trustworthy for teams running sensitive workloads. We own key parts of pipeline security within GitLab's CI/CD experience, with our current focus on native secrets management for CI pipelines and Supply-chain Levels for Software Artifacts (SLSA) Level 3 capabilities to strengthen software supply chain security. An overview of this role
As a Staff Engineer on GitLab's Software Composition Analysis team, you'll drive hands-on implementation of security features that help customers understand and manage risks in their software supply chain. Your focus will be on enhancing GitLab's SCA capabilities in dependency scanning and container scanning. You'll work directly on architecture and technical implementation and help the team push forward on three core goals: Gather (introducing data points that help customers understand the urgency of issues, like reachability analysis and supply chain poisoning detection), Integrate (providing other teams with innovative collection techniques for better workflows), and Optimize (solving data correlation at massive scale). You'll contribute hands-on code, help solve novel technical challenges, and establish patterns that improve how the distributed team works together across multiple time zones.

We work across areas including dependency scanning, container scanning, and license scanning, and we work closely with product, UX, security, and adjacent engineering teams to close important feature gaps in GitLab's platform. About the Role >>> Sr Director, Commercial Manufacturing & Operations
As the Sr Director, Commercial Manufacturing & Operations reporting to the SVP of CMC & Supply Chain, you will be an experienced manager with a track record of successful project leadership and oversight of late-stage (registrational, process validation, commercial) manufacturing of small molecule drug substances and drug products. You will be responsible for the execution of technical transfer (including process validation activities), oversight of manufacturing activities, document review, quality event support, etc. for drug substances and drug product.
This role is based out of our Boston, USA and will require 20% travel.
Your work will primarily encompass:
· Support the US launch of palazestrant in 2027 by creating the commercial supply platform and strategy
· Establish an operational commercial mapping of supply and partners (state licenses, 3PL & order-to-cash Services, shipping and import/export logistics, import/export compliance)
· Provide technical and functional project leadership on drug substance (DS) and drug product (DP) commercial manufacturing, and CMO management
· Develop business processes and systems to support and streamline all DS and DP commercial activities. Work globally to implement processes and systems within Olema’s global CDMO network. Develop metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Ensure employees are engaged and tied to the global Olema’s business strategy
· Lead or manage documentation review and approval (MBRs, specifications, analytical methods, etc.), change controls and documentation for internal batch disposition

Job purpose
As the Associate Director, External Manufacturing and Supply Operations, you are responsible for operational execution of external manufacturing and related supply activities. This is a central role within Manufacturing and External Supply Operations and requires the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, balancing priorities, with a strong sense of urgency, ability to work with ambiguity, and attention to detail. This position will have you collaborating with other members of Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance to execute and deliver endorsed global supply plans for both clinical and commercial supply. You will report to the Director, External Supply Operations.

Job purpose
We are seeking a Director of Packaging & Artwork Management to lead the strategy, systems, and execution of artwork lifecycle management. Reporting to the VP of External Manufacturing, this role will build inspection-ready, scalable, and fit-for-purpose artwork capabilities, with a strong emphasis on Global market requirements. This role is accountable for establishing end-to-end artwork management, including system selection and validation, intake and workflow design, lifecycle processes, and regulatory alignment. The leader will operate in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment, balancing compliance, speed, and efficiency while supporting global commercialization.

Job purpose
As a Manager, External Manufacturing and Supply Operations, you are responsible for the end-to-end technical and operational oversight of external manufacturing and supply activities across a network of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). This role sits at the core of Manufacturing and External Supply Operations and requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, and to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
This position places particular emphasis on batch record review and approval, process oversight, and technical decision-making, ensuring that manufacturing activities are executed in full compliance with cGMP standards and aligned with global supply requirements.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Technical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to ensure robust, compliant, and reliable supply for both clinical and commercial products. You will report to the Director, External Supply Operations.

About the Role >>> Director, CMC Drug Substance Manufacturing
As the Director, CMC Drug Substance Manufacturing reporting to the Sr Director, Drug Substance Development and Manufacturing, you will provide technical leadership and hands-on execution to support late-stage development, technology transfer to CDMOs, and commercial readiness including NDA filing for small molecule drug substances. This role is critical to ensuring successful scale-up, validation, and regulatory approval of drug substance processes. The individual will work cross-functionally and externally with CDMOs to deliver robust, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes suitable for commercial supply.
This role is based out of our Dublin, Ireland office and will require 10-15% travel.

This role plays a critical part in the comprehensive lifecycle of Cytokinetics relations with partners and suppliers supporting Global Supply Chain & Technical Operations. This role requires strong strategic thinking, broad industry experience and excellent relationship development and management skills. This role will support our Sourcing and Network Strategy pillar, a key component of our Global Supply Chain & Technical Operations strategy.
