Job Overview: We are seeking a Security Engineer with expertise in implementing and troubleshooting security tools to enhance and support our security infrastructure. This role focuses on evaluating, deploying, and maintaining a suite of security technologies that protect our organization’s assets. - System Integration: Work closely with IT and other teams to ensure security tools are effectively integrated with various systems, including cloud and on-premises environments.
- Automation and Optimization: Develop scripts and automation processes to improve the efficiency and reliability of security tools, minimizing repetitive tasks and reducing time-to-response.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain detailed documentation of security tool configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent processes and knowledge transfer.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other security teams, such as incident response and vulnerability management, to identify tool requirements, share insights, and improve overall security capabilities.
- Training and Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert on security tools, providing training and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security engineering, tool deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, GIAC, CEH, or vendor-specific certifications for security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Netskope, Tenable, or similar).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with a variety of security tools, such as endpoint protection, SIEM, vulnerability management, EDR, DLP, and network security tools.
- Deep troubleshooting skills across both hardware and software security solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation of tasks related to tool deployment and management.
- Understanding of network protocols, cloud environments, and security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS).
- Experience with configuring and managing tools in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and convey technical information effectively.

About the Role
Join an elite team of highly skilled Systems Support Engineers and Sales Engineers, to play a key role in the company’s post sale technical assistance and customer experience. This position is responsible for performing technical support for clients and providing resolution analysis on various technical issues. The Systems Support Engineer works closely with Keeper’s business customers and must possess the ability to communicate technical information to users with a varying level of technical experience.
Shift: Wednesday-Sunday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail and online requests for technical support
- Represent the customer to ensure serviceability and product quality issues are being tracked, prioritised, resolved, and incorporated into the product release cycle
- Assist customers in the installation and deployment of Keeper’s software products
- Track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up
- Clearly identify, document, and find solutions for customer issues and product problems
- Escalate critical customer situations to the appropriate level of management and engineering expertise
- Communicate technical issues and solutions to the engineering, QA, sales, and support teams as well as to the customer base
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Management and System Administration
- Hands on experience with Mac OS X, Windows & Linux administration and troubleshooting
- Experience working with Single Sign On (SSO) environments
- Experience setting up and configuring Active Directory
- Advanced knowledge in Firewalls, AD environments, DNS Servers, Authentication protocols, LDAP
- Excellent command of Linux Shell and PowerShell
- In depth knowledge of prem/cloud/hybrid environments
- Working knowledge of Python
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

5. International Transfers
Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.
7. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.
Exceptions:
- You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
- You're hired (transfers to employee records)
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights and can contact us at the email below to exercise them:
- Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent (where applicable)

About the Role
We’re looking for an IT Engineer (Contractor) to strengthen our day-to-day IT Infrastructure and service operations.
This role focuses on execution, reliability, and operational ownership. You’ll act as a dependable escalation point for complex issues, maintain core systems, and improve workflows that reduce manual effort and increase service quality.
This is a hands-on role where success is measured by stability, responsiveness, and the ability to keep systems running smoothly while improving how work gets done.
Things you will do:
- Act as an escalation point for IT Support, resolving complex incidents and requests while ensuring SLOs and OLAs are met
- Maintain and administer core SaaS platforms including Okta, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Intune
- Execute and improve user lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, access management)
- Support and optimize Jira Service Management workflows, SLAs, and asset data
- Maintain accuracy of asset and license data across systems such as Torii, Jamf, and Firstbase
- Monitor system health and perform regular maintenance, updates, and improvements
- Deliver small-to-medium changes, configuration updates, and improvements with a focus on low risk and clear communication
- Create and maintain clear, structured documentation in Notion for support processes and runbooks
- Analyze support trends and ticket data to identify friction and propose practical improvements
- Implement workflow improvements and automation to reduce repetitive tasks
- Support the preparation of systems and documentation for AI-assisted IT workflows
What you already bring to the table:
- Experience in Corporate IT, Internal IT, or Systems Engineering in a SaaS or technology company
- Strong experience with identity and access management (Okta or similar)
- Experience managing endpoints, ideally macOS environments with Jamf (and/or Intune for Windows)
- Experience administering SaaS tools such as Google Workspace and Atlassian
- Solid ITSM foundations (incident, request, and change management)
- Experience working with service desk platforms, ideally Jira Service Management
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoints, and SaaS applications
- Experience improving workflows through automation, integrations, or process improvements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- A structured, reliable approach to operational work and ownership of outcomes
Extra awesome:
- Experience optimizing Jira Service Management (workflows, SLAs, asset schemas)
- Experience with HRIS integrations (e.g., HiBob to Okta) and user lifecycle design
- Familiarity with documentation frameworks in tools like Notion

We’re looking for a Senior IT Engineer to help strengthen the infrastructure and service management foundations behind Typeform’s internal operations.
This role is a mix of systems ownership, operational excellence, and workflow improvement. You’ll take on complex infrastructure and ITSM work, improve how our internal tools are managed, and reduce manual effort through automation and better process design. You’ll also help shape how IT supports the company’s move toward more AI-enabled productivity.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys improving internal systems at a structural level, is comfortable operating across a broad SaaS stack, and wants to make internal technology more reliable, secure, and scalable.
Things you will do:
- Own and resolve complex IT Infrastructure incidents and service requests, acting as an escalation point for IT Support and helping ensure SLOs and OLAs are met
- Administer, maintain, and improve core internal platforms including Okta, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jamf, Intune, HiBob, Torii, Jira Service Management, and 1Password
- Design and implement automations for onboarding, offboarding, access management, device management, and other internal IT workflows
- Improve the IT service management foundation, including workflows, SLAs, asset data quality, service operations, and knowledge management
- Strengthen the quality and reliability of asset and license management data across systems such as Torii, Jamf, Intune, and Firstbase
- Contribute to internal IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, systems changes, and operational improvements with a focus on low-risk execution and clear communication
- Create and maintain clear, useful, AI-consumable documentation in Notion, including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and architectural context
- Partner with stakeholders across Security, People, Finance, Product Operations, and R&D to assess risk, improve tooling, and support scalable internal operations
- Identify high-value opportunities to reduce toil, improve service quality, and introduce safe AI-assisted workflows in IT
What you already bring to the table:
- Several years of experience in Corporate IT, Internal IT, Systems Engineering, or a similar hands-on role in a modern SaaS or technology company
- Strong experience with identity and access management, ideally with Okta administration
- Strong experience with device management and endpoint operations across macOS and Windows, ideally using Jamf and Intune
- Experience administering a broad SaaS environment and owning internal systems beyond frontline support
- Solid ITSM foundations, including incident, request, change, and problem management in a practical SaaS environment
- Experience working with service desk and service management platforms, ideally Jira Service Management
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoints, applications, and general corporate infrastructure
- Experience improving workflows through automation, integrations, APIs, webhooks, or low-code tooling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A high level of ownership, good judgment, and a structured approach to problem-solving
