Little more about the team:
You’ll join a high-performing, strategic sales team focused on moving Honeycomb further into the enterprise space. We’ve proven product-market fit, closed Fortune 500 logos, and built a pipeline that’s primed for the kind of enterprise sellers who know how to multi-thread, influence the C-suite, and navigate $500K–$1M+ ACV opportunities. This is not a role for a former mid-market rep trying to stretch—it’s built for enterprise closers who know the game and want to win it.

Everyone’s racing to build AI. Workera exists for the 8 billion people who have to work alongside it.
While the world’s attention is on creating new tools, someone has to solve the other side of the equation: the humans. The workforce is going through the biggest transformation in a generation and most organizations are navigating it blind, without the data to understand what their people can actually do, where the gaps are, or how to close them fast enough.
That’s what we build. Workera’s skills intelligence platform is the critical infrastructure for the AI era. It’s the layer that lets organizations understand, mobilize, manage, and develop their talent with precision. Trusted by the Fortune 500 and powered by proprietary AI agents, we’re the company helping the world’s largest organizations not just survive the transition to AI, but lead it.
We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer whose heart is in the backend — someone excited to architect and own the systems that power our AI-native platform, built on Elixir/Phoenix. You’ll join small, autonomous project teams (2–3 people) that take full ownership of a feature from scoping and prototyping through to rollout and user feedback, with the depth to contribute across the stack and the instinct to lead from the backend. AI fluency isn’t optional here — you will use agentic coding and AI agents as a core part of how you work and build.
As Workera scales its AI-native platform to serve global enterprise customers, we need senior engineering talent who can own critical backend systems end-to-end. This role exists to add to our EMEA engineering team, bringing someone with depth and ownership — shipping high-stakes, platform-critical features while advancing our AI-first engineering culture.
You’ll join a cross-functional team operating at the intersection of generative AI, enterprise software, and talent transformation. Your immediate engineering team consists of four engineers, supported by a product designer, product manager, and engineering manager, all based in the EMEA region. The team values deep work and async communication — with only a few regular touchpoints each week — so you’ll have plenty of uninterrupted time to build.
This isn’t a list of tasks. These are the outcomes you’re accountable for:
We don’t expect you to figure it out alone. Here’s what great looks like at each stage:
First 30 Days — Learn the Machine
By 90 Days — Ship Something Real
By 6 Months — Multiply Your Impact
We’re a fast-moving company — the scope and shape of this role will evolve as we do.
We’re looking for signal, not checkboxes. Here’s what matters most:
The details: remote work & tech stack
You should be located in the UK, Ireland, or the Netherlands. You are free to choose working hours that suit you best, as long as there is an overlap with your team for most of the day.
Our stack primarily consists of Elixir + PostgreSQL on the backend and Phoenix on the frontend (with some pockets of React). We monitor performance using Sentry, and our platform is hosted on AWS, running on Docker containers defined in Terraform. Our platform is AI-native, and we make extensive use of LLMs in our application. Our code lives on GitHub — in fact, GitHub, Slack and Linear is where most of the collaboration happens. We practice using Loom to demo our work.
At Workera, AI isn’t a feature we sell — it’s how we operate. Every team member is expected to:
AI fluency is a cultural expectation, not a line item on a job description.

Intercom is the AI Customer Service company on a mission to help businesses provide incredible customer experiences.
Our AI agent Fin, the most advanced customer service AI agent on the market, lets businesses deliver always-on, impeccable customer service and ultimately transform their customer experiences for the better. Fin can also be combined with our Helpdesk to become a complete solution called the Intercom Customer Service Suite, which provides AI enhanced support for the more complex or high touch queries that require a human agent.
Founded in 2011 and trusted by nearly 30,000 global businesses, Intercom is setting the new standard for customer service. Driven by our core values, we push boundaries, build with speed and intensity, and consistently deliver incredible value to our customers.
The helpdesk is having its biggest moment in a decade. AI is transforming what a helpdesk can do - and Intercom is the only company building a helpdesk and an AI agent as a single, integrated platform. This role is about owning that story: showing existing customers that we're investing deeply in the product they rely on, and establishing Intercom's vision for what an AI-first helpdesk looks like to the broader market.
This is a senior IC role for someone who wants to operate at the centre of product, AI, sales, and strategy. You'll own the positioning and messaging for Intercom's Helpdesk product — connected with the product team, close to customers, and responsible for one of the most important narratives in the company: why Helpdesk and Fin together is fundamentally better than either alone.
You'll shape how we talk to the 25,000+ businesses already using Intercom, build the narrative for an AI-first helpdesk era, and establish Intercom as the obvious choice for teams who want their AI agent and their human support layer working as one. You'll work directly with product, engineering, sales leadership, and the marketing team. You'll be hands-on with the product and the tech. This isn't a lane job - it's a builder role for someone who wants to work fast, think from first principles, and help define what great PMM looks like.
This role is for someone who is a hybrid: part strategist, part storyteller, part technologist. You move between customer insight, product detail, competitive analysis, and creative expression without friction.
We are a well-treated bunch, with awesome benefits! If there’s something important to you that’s not on this list, talk to us!

We’re looking for a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) to join our People team at Intercom.
This role has a global remit, sitting at the heart of how we support our people and leaders through complex, sensitive, and high-impact situations. But this is more than a case management role. You’ll be shaping how the function operates, building the frameworks and systems that scale it across our global BP team. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on employee relations, partnering closely with HRBPs, leaders, Legal (including our Senior Employment Counsel), and People Ops to ensure fair, consistent, and legally sound outcomes.
AI is redefining how businesses operate and how people teams can drive impact. We’re looking for an ambitious and curious ERBP who thrives in this kind of environment; someone who thinks big, leans into change, and sees AI as an accelerator for better, faster, smarter work. You’ll bring confidence and ambition to the table. We value people who love to work hard, learn constantly, and consistently deliver great outcomes.
You’ll play a critical role in maintaining a high-performance, high-integrity culture, balancing empathy with sound judgement, and speed with rigour.
