Senior Manager, Sourcing - Soft Home (CN/SEA)

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager specializing in Bedding to lead our sourcing efforts across China and Southeast Asia (SEA). In this role, you'll play a key part in building and managing supplier relationships to ensure our bedding products (such as premium down and premium down alt comforters, pillows, mattress pads and covers, etc.) meet Quince's high standards for quality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency. • Analyze supplier performance metrics and provide reports to senior leadership on cost efficiencies, sustainability impacts, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 7-15 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a strong focus on Utility Bedding products (e.g.premium down and premium down alt comforters, pillows, mattress pads and covers, etc) in the home goods industry.
• Proven track record in vendor development, negotiation, and managing international supply chains, particularly in CN regions.
• Deep knowledge of textile materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability practices
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., in sustainable sourcing) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and building global relationships.
• Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in tools like Excel, ERP systems, or supply chain software.

THE ROLE

Sourcing Manager - Men's Bottoms (Denim or Non-Denim) (SEA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scout for vendor partners in China/Hong Kong or SEA who can manufacture high-quality Men's Bottoms products with fast production lead time
• Pitching and on-boarding vendor partners in speed. This should be done with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale if the test period is successful.
• Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships within current Quince categories, while expanding the supply base and improving Quince's product costs, quality, and commercial terms for sustainable sales and profitability
