Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Producer to join our growing team!

ROOM42, Real Chemistry’s in-house production company, is hiring an experienced Audio Production Lead to join our in-house production team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in sound editing and mixing. Should be familiar with audio post-production workflows - sound design and mixing for film and video, as well as podcast production. Also be comfortable leading remote recording sessions, directing talent and managing communication between team members. A requirement of this role is to have a strong interest and expertise in generative AI software and workflows related to the audio production industry.
Senior Producers are responsible for the execution of all work that flows through the agency. We are creative partners, financial leads, and chief organizers. The right person for this job will be highly organized, with great attention to detail. Able to make proactive suggestions for improvements and not be afraid to contribute.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
What you’ll do:

Craft sound production strategies in partnership with executive producer
-
Lead the process to select and hire and manage all vendors relevant to each project
-
Coordinate pre-production meetings and make any necessary presentations to client and internal agency groups with regard to artist/photographer/talent recommendations and related schedules and estimates
-
Manage all details of the project from production kick-off through delivery
-
Have a working knowledge of the copyright laws and consult legal counsel when necessary
-
Work with business affairs to develop contracts and releases as needed
-
Help drive integration with the creative and account management teams
-
Have a working knowledge of local and worldwide directors, photographers, illustrators, animators, and designers as well as an awareness of industry and market trends
-
Identify and address potential problems as early as possible in the production workflow and escalate as needed
-
Ensuring deadlines are achieved in the most seamless and cost-effective way.

Seek opportunities to continually improve job skills and knowledge
-
Communicate openly and proactively with other departments to share knowledge

Liaising with clients throughout the process, advising on timings and budgets.

Strong negotiator when dealing with vendors and usage rights

Supervise productions to ensure effective delivery

Partnering with account teams, keeping them aware of the progress of each campaign and any changes if required.

Pay Range: $130,000 - $155,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply. We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join our Account Management team! Please explore the job specifics below:
Remodel Health is looking for a proactive, positive, self-starter and a team player with a drive to retain and grow revenue with our strategic broker partners. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing and executing winning strategies with an assigned group of clients and brokerage agencies. By understanding their needs and collaborating with CFOs, HR Directors, and CEOs of organizations, as well as Producers, Account Executives and Account Managers of strategic broker partners, to continue improving their partnership with Remodel Health, you will renew and expand existing revenue for the company. This role will support multiple brokerage agencies and their corresponding client accounts, with approximate annual revenue of $2M+.
Responsibilities:
- Create trusting relationships with assigned brokerage partners that lead to future quoting opportunities
- Mine and collect quoting opportunities with assigned broker/agency partners
- Subject matter expert in all areas (ICHRA, HSA, Off-Exchange, On-Exchange, HRA, etc.)
- Responsible to evaluate and restrategize our custom solution each year with the client and identify new product solutions to meet identified needs
- Responsible to plan and organize the annual renewal process for assigned organizations
- Monitor and provide consultation for compliance measures of assigned organizations
- Expectation to build relationships and customer loyalty that lead to referrals
- Work in partnership with our sales division to set expectations and the timeline for onboarding an organization
- Provide ongoing training, support, and education for the Broker, HR Director, CFO, and executive stakeholders
- Responsible to provide monthly updates on each account to Director
- Quarterly meetings with assigned agencies and organizations built around an annual retention goal
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing clients with greater than $50,000 in annual revenue
- Professional experience in health insurance or health-tech preferred
- Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to hit or exceed sales quota
- Experience working with brokerage agencies preferred
- Ability to articulate value proposition to C-Level, Finance, and HR executives
- Currently hold or willingness to obtain a Health and Life Producer License

- Understanding of the tenets of professional journalism.
- Skills in producing engaging, content-driven newscasts and digital content.
- Strong social media skills, including an active news hound presence on your preferred social platforms.

- Ability to calmly handle live, breaking news situations and changing events.

This hybrid role combines the skills of an assignment editor and a digital content producer to serve as the hub of the newsroom. The Story Desk Editor drives daily editorial execution, curates and produces impactful stories, and ensures our content connects authentically with audiences across streaming, digital, social and broadcast platforms.
Role Summary
As a Story Desk Editor, you will be part of the Story Management Desk (SMD), a unified desk that replaces the legacy assignment and digital desks. The SMD model ensures a single, streamlined workflow for planning, producing and curating stories across platforms.
You will lead coverage during breaking news, shape daily story planning, and curate content across platforms. This position requires decisive editorial judgment, strong writing skills, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. You will collaborate with MSJs, producers and photojournalists to deliver accurate, relevant and engaging stories that serve the community.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and communicate newsroom coverage during breaking news, ensuring accuracy, urgency and balance
• Identify and plan stories that matter most to the community, using editorial judgment and social listening
• Create and edit engaging content for digital platforms: website, mobile app and streaming,
• Guide newsroom logistics and provide editorial support for MSJs, producers, and photojournalists
• Edit reporter content for accuracy, grammar, AP style, digital best practices, fairness and ethical considerations
• Enhance storytelling with creative elements (graphics, video, audience-submitted content, etc.)
• Use available metrics to inform coverage and improve audience reach
• Support newsroom operations and coverage planning as needed
• Uphold TEGNA’s journalistic standards and values across all platforms
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of journalism experience in a local newsroom, digital production, or related role
• Strong news judgment and the ability to make fast, sound editorial decisions under pressure
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce accurate and compelling content quickly
• Experience with newsroom systems, CMS tools
