ABOUT THE ROLE
The Financial Applications Engineer designs, develops, and configures scalable solutions within core financial systems to support accounting, finance, and operational workflows. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT to translate complex business requirements into well‑engineered system configurations, automations, integrations, and data structures. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Construction – Solar & BESS is responsible for leading the successful delivery of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. You will oversee project execution from late term development through final completion and hand off to Portfolio Operations, ensuring contract compliance, budget adherence, schedule performance, scope accuracy, and stakeholder alignment. The position plays a critical role in driving a portfolio of project governance, identifying and mitigating risks, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring consistent execution practices across the national portfolio.

Position Description
The Fabrication Lead is responsible for leading and guiding a team of fabricators; reviewing technical drawings with the engineering team; addressing fabrication concerns; and ensuring that parts meet specified design requirements. This role collaborates closely with engineering, production, fabrication, machining, and assembly teams to source parts, materials, and equipment necessary for product development.
The Fabrication Lead also oversees the site’s machining capabilities and partners with the Lead Machinist to ensure that parts are delivered on time and meet all QA standards. In addition, the role oversees the plant’s fabrication and welding capabilities and coordinates outsourced welding or fabrication support when needed.
Specific responsibilities may include:
Collaborate with the engineering team to understand design specifications and ensure fabrication processes align with requirements.
Supervise and lead a team of fabricators; provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure efficient and effective performance.
Develop and manage work schedules and assign tasks based on priorities and deadlines.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure fabricated products meet established standards and specifications.
Work with production planning teams to schedule fabrication activities that support overall production timelines and customer requirements.
Coordinate and manage workflow within the fabrication department to ensure a smooth, continuous production process.
Oversee the maintenance and operation of fabrication equipment; schedule regular maintenance and promptly address equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Manage and control inventory of raw materials; coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations; conduct regular safety training.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Position Description
The Hardware Test Technician on the test team will partner with test engineers and hardware owners to fabricate, assemble, instrument, commission, and execute tests, with a focus on thermal-hydraulic tests designed, procured, and fabricated to ASME B31.3. They will translate sketches/CAD and work orders into high-quality test rigs and hardware, keep the test facility safe, clean, and organized, and support operation of test rigs.
