What's exciting about the role
This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with customers and technology in a dynamic, field-based environment. You’ll be at the center of customer support and terminal deployment, combining technical problem-solving with customer interaction. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and learning new systems while making a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for terminal deployment and ongoing usage
- Perform on-field service activities, including troubleshooting and repairs
- Manage repair shipments and coordinate returns and replacements
- Order, configure, and maintain terminals as required
- Handle general administrative tasks related to terminals and customer records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and asset information
Skills and Experience We Desire
- Very strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email
- Reliable time management and good timekeeping
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to change
