Come join us as our Head of People, EMEA. You’ll be based in Budapest, Hungary and responsible for our teams across EMEA.
This role ensures effective execution of global People strategies while adapting to regional requirements, and acts as the primary advisor to regional leadership on organizational health, talent relations, and employee experience. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational responsibility. We need someone who can conquer any obstacle using solid critical thinking skills, develop smart and scalable solutions, and lead execution/operational excellence to make an impact.
The Job:
Strategic People Business Partner (EMEA)
- Partner with regional and global leaders to align people strategy with business goals
- Lead complex employee matters and act as escalation point for high-risk issues
- Drive initiatives across performance management, engagement, and organizational design
- Support change management, restructuring, and workforce planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, Finance, and Legal
- Bring regional insights into global People programs and policies
Regional People Function Oversight
- Guide a distributed People Operations & Workplace Experience team (3–4 members)
- Ensure seamless execution of onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain compliance and consistency across policies and employee relations
- Identify opportunities to scale, standardize, and improve processes
- Oversee office operations and vendor partnerships to enhance workplace experience
You:
- 5+ years of experience in HR / People roles, spanning both business partnering and operations
- Experience working in a (preferably U.S.-based), fast-paced organization
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian employment law and fluency in both Hungarian and English is required
- Experience supporting multi-country regions, ideally across EMEA
- Solid background in employee relations, organizational design, and change management
- Ability to seamlessly switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Operational excellence with a focus on scalable, efficient processes

The primary goal of our Customer Services team is to give our users the best tools and an amazing experience. At Formlabs, that means answering every question – no matter how small – and providing the resources to enable our users to innovate and create.
The Job:
- Gain deep technical knowledge of the SLA (stereolithography) / SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) product environment
- Act as the technical escalation point for customer issues arising from our SLA/SLS platform(s)
- Develop and communicate technical troubleshooting steps to resolve in-field issues to our Services agents
- Investigate issues which need further analysis to uncover root cause and partner with R&D/Documentation to deliver solutions
- Track occurrence rate of ongoing and newly arising issues, and champion efforts across the organization to resolve them
- Maintain systems that Services agents use to report customer issue
You:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent field
- Have 2-5 years of experience working in a technical role, ideally involving hardware, software and electrical systems
- Demonstrated experience liaising between technical and non-technical teams
- Highly accountable for pushing projects to completion, across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Can balance daily responsibilities and escalations with long term projects. Calm under pressure or when an answer is unknown.
- Have an acuity for data and analytics, and ideally familiarity with SQL and/or Google DataStudio (or similar)
Bonus Skills:
- Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
- Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
- SQL experience or similar data background

Our Services team leverages their business and technical expertise to assist our direct customers, distributors and resellers in serving their clients by resolving technical issues, investigating machine errors, evaluating printer logs, and teaching technical knowledge.
We're looking for a talented and multilingual Customer Service Agent to service our growing markets in the EMEA region. If you love building business relationships, providing outstanding service, sharing your technical knowledge, and using both your English and second language skills (Spanish, Italian, German and French), we want to hear from you!
The Job:
- Support our direct customers, distributors and resellers in the EMEA region with technical and business inquiries, by phone or email
- Become an educator: train direct customers, resellers using your technical expertise of Formlabs printers
- Help resellers deliver outstanding service to their customers
- Collaborate on solving technical issues with our global engineering team
You:
- Are business-fluent in written and spoken in English and one of the following languages (Spanish, Italian, German and French)
- Can quickly resolve technical issues - don't worry, we will provide you with the technical training you need
- Enjoy connecting with people and are a great listener
- Are comfortable and conscientious when speaking on the phone
- Have exceptional writing skills and make use of proper spelling and grammar
