What You'll Do

• Provide home care therapy under the supervision of an OT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
• Be the best part of someone’s day!

Visit Expectations

• Part-time: visit expectations are flexible; most part-time assistants complete 15 or more visits per week

Compensation and Benefits

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. $45 to $54 per visit. 

Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Spring or Houston or Conroe. You will spend your days helping patients regain independence, safely navigate daily routines, and stay engaged in the routines and activities they value most. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their home
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Compensation and Benefits

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75- $85 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. 

To support your transition into home health, for Full-Time Clinicians we offer guaranteed base pay for your first 12 weeks while you build your caseload - so you can focus on your patients without financial uncertainty during ramp-up.
