Working with the Delivery team connects you with talented experts from various backgrounds and experiences, who are passionate about ensuring work is delivered to the highest quality, on time, and that clients receive the greatest possible value from their investment.
As a Senior Project Manager in our Delivery team at AKQA Sweden, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing large workstreams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex and impactful assignments. Working across four distinct areas our Associate Directors have expertise in at least one area while being comfortable in all others.
Production: Leading complex film shoots, large-scale asset production for campaigns, or production of OOH assets at scale.
Projects: Leading international marketing campaigns in multiple markets, delivering digital and physical experiences.
Product: Leading complex design/technology-driven products, such as website re-platforming, App development for new revenue streams, or other large-scale product management.
Innovation: Implementing cutting-edge technologies and experimenting to find effective market fit.

Overview
The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.
This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.
We are a flat organization that allows anyone to become a leader by showing excellent technical skills and delivering results consistently and fast. Work ethic, solid communication skills, and obsession with winning are paramount.
Our interview process involves several technical interviews and we aim to complete them within 1 week.

Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist to manage the daily operations of our client accounts. This is a pivotal role within our team, where you will be entrusted with the budgeting, optimization, and reporting of campaigns for some of Sweden’s most exciting brands to work with.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their skills in programmatic buying as well as communicating channel results and the business impact to clients, and who understands the importance of their channel within the wider marketing strategy. Staying on top of industry trends and best practices, you will become the person for insights that could influence our clients’ strategies.
As a Specialist, you will have the support and guidance from our senior team members and work closely with Senior Specialists and Strategists to manage the daily operations of accounts, including budgeting, optimization, and reporting. Your role will involve directly managing small and midsized client accounts, while also providing support on higher-tier accounts with the guidance of more senior team members.
