The Quality Assurance Document Control Specialist role is a position with responsibilities for supporting the document management process within a cell therapy manufacturing facility to support both clinical and commercial requirements in a sterile GMP environment. This role will ensure compliance within the document management system, document storage and retention, and document issuance and reconciliation.

What can you expect?

• Responsible for managing the document control systems and processes for the site.
• Serve as a Document Control reviewer for new and revised procedures and documents to ensure compliance with global and site procedures.
• Support Document Management system users with workflow handling and electronic system usage.
• Manage the periodic review process for procedures.
• Issuance of batch related documentation in support of GMP manufacturing.
• Reconcile GMP documentation following document lifecycle requirements.
• Creation and issuance of GMP logbooks.
• Responsible for storage and archival of GMP documents and batch related records.

• Review and approve SOPs, and other documentation.

As Quality Control Manager Techlane, you will balance ramp‑up activities with routine QC operations, while continuously improving efficiency, developing your team, and strengthening laboratory performance. What you will do

As our new Senior Director of Platform, you will provide dedicated leadership for our core engineering centers of excellence. You will own the strategy for our Frontend, Backend, and DevOps platform teams, guiding the underlying architecture for all products and supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses. Reporting to our CISO, your leadership will be crucial in ensuring our technical choices are scalable, future-proof, and AI-ready, allowing you to shape the foundation of our entire engineering ecosystem.

• Drive technology strategy for Lighthouse’s internal developer platform, ensuring that our foundational architecture supports scalability, velocity, and standardization across all engineering squads.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary group of Frontend, Backend, and DevOps engineers, while empowering your teamleads to drive the community and standards for their respective Engineering Chapters.
• Oversee the design and operation of our critical technical foundations, from global cloud infrastructure and high-throughput CI/CD pipelines to our shared Design System and component libraries.
• Partner with leadership across PED to treat the "Internal Platform" as a product, ensuring that our tooling roadmap directly addresses developer friction and accelerates business value.
• Champion a holistic Service Maturity framework that spans the entire stack. You will define and govern the standards for engineering excellence across the organization. This includes setting the bar for quality across diverse areas such as Design System adoption, API governance, software lifecycle management, or infrastructure efficiency.
• Act as the technical bridge for peer departments and acquired businesses, facilitating their integration into our ecosystem and ensuring that our shared infrastructure evolves to meet the needs of a growing organization.
• You align the goals and activities of several different departments or divisions ensuring they work together cohesively to achieve a unified strategic outcome.
• You effectively negotiate matters of significance and reconcile multiple stakeholder views to drive business results.

What you will do

Reporting to our Lead Enterprise Architect, you will join us as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer.
