What you will do
We are hiring for a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about problem solving, scalable cloud engineering, automation and microservices, data architectures, complex data transformations, handling large data streams on the fly, and wants to see their work translated into real life applications.
Where you will have impact
- Automate the deployment, operation, and monitoring of our applications in a reproducible and scalable way using GitOps principles.
- Enhance the productivity of over 150 engineers by rethinking and improving CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
- Take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, including setup, maintenance, scaling, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Drive the evolution of our tech stack by researching, experimenting with, and implementing new technologies to improve our platform.
- Collaborate closely with the security team to ensure all services and infrastructure adhere to strict security guidelines.
- Build out and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and tooling to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Provide expert support and guidance to your peers and other engineering teams in our open and collaborative environment.
- Drive engineering velocity by smartly applying AI to speed up development and leveraging AI and automation to streamline complex debugging, root-cause investigations, and recurring tasks.
About our team
The DevOps team is part of the Platform horizontal. This is the team responsible for creating and maintaining the tooling, deployment methods, and cloud infrastructure that all other product, integration, and data engineers use throughout the entire engineering lifecycle.

- Experience in a DevOps, with a proven track record of being part of the design process
- Familiarity with cloud platforms in general (like GCP, Azure, or AWS).
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, including what it is and how its components interact.
- You are a forward-thinking builder who views AI as a core component of modern architecture. You have a proven interest (or experience) in working with LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted coding tools to ship higher-quality code, faster.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for getting things done and a high bar for quality.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

What you will do
As our new Senior Director of Platform, you will provide dedicated leadership for our core engineering centers of excellence. You will own the strategy for our Frontend, Backend, and DevOps platform teams, guiding the underlying architecture for all products and supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses. Reporting to our CISO, your leadership will be crucial in ensuring our technical choices are scalable, future-proof, and AI-ready, allowing you to shape the foundation of our entire engineering ecosystem.
Where you will have impact
- Drive technology strategy for Lighthouse’s internal developer platform, ensuring that our foundational architecture supports scalability, velocity, and standardization across all engineering squads.
- Define the strategy and technical foundations to ensure our codebases and platforms are AI-ready, enabling AI-first application development across engineering squads.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary group of Frontend, Backend, and DevOps engineers, while empowering your teamleads to drive the community and standards for their respective Engineering Chapters.
- Oversee the design and operation of our critical technical foundations, from global cloud infrastructure and high-throughput CI/CD pipelines to our shared Design System and component libraries.
- Partner with leadership across PED to treat the "Internal Platform" as a product, ensuring that our tooling roadmap directly addresses developer friction and accelerates business value.
- Champion a holistic Service Maturity framework that spans the entire stack. You will define and govern the standards for engineering excellence across the organization. This includes setting the bar for quality across diverse areas such as Design System adoption, API governance, software lifecycle management, or infrastructure efficiency.
- Act as the technical bridge for peer departments and acquired businesses, facilitating their integration into our ecosystem and ensuring that our shared infrastructure evolves to meet the needs of a growing organization.
- You align the goals and activities of several different departments or divisions ensuring they work together cohesively to achieve a unified strategic outcome.
- You effectively negotiate matters of significance and reconcile multiple stakeholder views to drive business results.

About the position
As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will be a technical North Star for the CRM & Plugins domain. You aren't just building features; you are architecting the foundational systems that transform how sales content is created, organized, and distributed at a global scale.
You will partner with product and engineering leadership to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring our TypeScript-based serverless architecture on AWS remains resilient, scalable,flexible, and forward-thinking. This role is designed for a visionary who balances deep-dive coding with high-level system design and the mentorship of emerging talent.
What You’ll Do
- Architectural Stewardship: Design and oversee the implementation of cloud-native, serverless software solutions that set the standard for performance, high availability and scalability across the organization.
- Strategic Technical Leadership: Define the multi-year technical roadmap for CRM integrations (Salesforce, Microsoft, Google) and plugin ecosystems, ensuring long-term maintainability.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Lead the most complex projects with a broad scope, maintaining high productivity while managing dependencies across multiple engineering squads.
