We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (T.CSM) (German Speaking) to join our growing Customer Success Team, who are a key in helping our valued customers achieve their strategic objectives and obtain maximum value from their investment in their Armis Platform. This will include helping in aligning new use cases to the CISO goals, and identify growth opportunities by informing the customer of our latest innovations, capabilities, and products and match these to the clients’ business goals. In addition, the T.CSM will guide the customer in the successful adoption and operationalization of the Armis platform towards maximum value realization within all levels of the organization so hands-on technical delivery of the platform and configuration is required. The T.CSM serves as the business liaison between the customer and all cross functional teams within Armis, including our Executive team, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Training and Enablement and others.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 30 accounts throughout their lifecycle with Armis.
- Build strong customer relationships by engaging early as the customer transitions from the PreSales phase to deployment. Work with customer and Armis account teams to define success plans and strategy to meet customer’s objectives.
- Guide the customer through the implementation phase, delivering use cases and value, leading them to an operationalized state.
- Responsible for overall health and retention of the assigned customers, maximizing customer satisfaction (NPS scoring) and driving adoption and value for growth and reference-ability.
- Reporting Risks and Wins internally to Armis account team and externally to account sponsors and executives.
- Understand customer product issues and feature requests in order to represent the appropriate priority and voice of the customer with the Armis product team.
- Establish regular cadence (Monthly, Quarterly, Digital) with each assigned customer, to provide guidance, review executive dashboards and open issues, and communicate program status. This includes delivering Executive Business Reviews to ensure alignment on goals and value realization.
- Leverage Gainsight to track account activity, health score, risk, and other critical metrics.
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the Armis platform and future products.
- Drive up utilization of the Armis platform and recommend additional features that can be leveraged to improve their security posture
- Build trusted relationships with relevant, technical users and manage stakeholders within assigned accounts
- Serve as a customer advocate to guide other resources at Armis towards achieving customer goals
- Validate customer deployment and configuration align with business use cases.
- Validate that use cases are appropriately captured and delivered in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of 3rd Party solutions and integrations/interoperability with the Armis platform within the assigned customer environments
- Providing technical subject matter expertise where applicable aligned to the expected proficiency
- Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Support and Sales teams to drive account success
What We Expect
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
- Possess exceptional verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- 5+ years experience in a related function with direct customer facing, advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales,systems engineering, professional services or client management functions, ideally in Customer Success.
- 3+ years experience in network engineering, architecture, support, or network design capacity
- 2+ years experience working in Security/Healthcare/automotive/Retail/OT
- Strong technical and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
- Solid project management and solution delivery experience, with demonstrated ability to drive projects from definition to final delivery.
A plus:
- Experience as a CSM or Technical Account Manager/TAM in a Cyber Security SaaS organization.
- 3+ years of experience in relationship building role including service delivery or account management in a post and/or pre sales environment
- 3+ years experience as full-time Deployment Engineer highly preferred or as a Professional Services Engineer, Consultant, or IT/Operations Engineering
- 5+ years experience in a combination of the following; designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging and coordinating Unified Communications products, devices, solutions, and technologies for small, medium, large and/or enterprise businesses
- Experience implementing a security program within enterprise organization
- Familiarity with various Healthcare/IOT devices and manufacturers
- B.S in IT, IS, CS, MIS, (or equivalent degree) and/or relevant industry qualifications (CISSP, Security +,CEH) desired
- Familiarity/Experience in Cyber Security i.e Endpoint, SOAR, SIEM
- Linux Operating System basic operation and troubleshooting (i.e. Redhat Linux / CentOS)
- Networking (LAN/WAN, Routing/Switching protocols, Network Security)
- Ability to travel regionally as needed (up to 20-25% per quarter)
- Additional European languages

We're looking for a hands-on Platform/Observability Engineer to join our infrastructure team. You'll own and evolve our observability stack - from logging pipelines and tracing to metrics and alerting - across a multi-datacenter, Kubernetes-based environment. This is a production-first role: you'll be expected to ship, iterate, and improve systems under real delivery pressure, not just design them on paper.
You'll work closely with other infra and product engineering teams to improve observability coverage, reduce operational toil, and help the broader organization adopt better practices.

Your Impact
Axon is seeking talented a Professional Services Manager to join a brand-new team in supporting our growing customer base with Axon product deployments predominantly in DACH and occasionally in wider EMEA region. Sitting between a sales, and Business as Usual (BAU) a Professional Services Manager has broad technical knowledge, product implementation experience and a customer-centric attitude, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and with agility in a fast moving and often ambiguous environment. You will become an expert in Axon's SaaS and devices products, consultation and deployment programs, and work with Professional Services colleagues, sales, training, customer support, customer success and product teams to ensure a positive and successful product implementation experience for our customers; resulting in strong partnerships. Your efforts will directly impact revenue-earning business activities, and you will frequently manage multiple high-priority, deadline-driven projects at once. Additionally, as a subject-matter expert in your region, you will be collaborating with your teammates on designing and improving Professional Services processes related to consultation and implementation in EMEA region, as well as assisting on a variety of other deployment related projects and tasks.
Your primary objective will be to delight the customer by working with them to implement Axon’s network of solutions and products, in line with customer’s expectations and delivering both quality and value, as soon as possible in their lifecycle, by being Sharp, Adaptable and Unstoppable.
Your Day to Day
- Engage with clients pre-sale to implement Trial and Evaluation programs with Axon products; collaborate internally on RFP/RFI responses.
- Liaise with clients post-sale and coordinate across internal functions and external vendor(s) to develop project documentation including project and deployment plans, SOW for deployments
- Travel to customer sites; liaise with clients post-sale to consult and coordinate on deployment tasks that need to be completed.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot and test Axon hardware products and software solutions (both cloud and on-prem) at customer sites or remotely; execute assessments to meet customer needs.
- Ensure successful knowledge transfer to customers by providing technical training, consultation and demonstrations on Axon solutions; customise and localise materials.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers during deployment and in hyper-care, to ensure a positive and successful engagement with Axon and our products.
- Validate product updates and new releases to ensure a successful customer product experience; monitor release notes.
- Ensure that all implementations comply with local laws and regulations, particularly those related to data protection and privacy (such as GDPR in Europe). Advocate for and implement industry best practices during implementation.
- Advocate customer needs by submitting software bugs and feature requests to product teams for assessment and resolution or development.
- Ability to self-manage and work autonomously, yet promptly escalate issues to team manager when appropriate.
- Communicate and interact professionally with sales, product, engineers, customer support, customer success and commercial operations team members.
- Closely collaborate and share product and process knowledge with your peers and Axon channel partners in your region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure everyone is up-to-date on customer requirements, changes, timelines, and project status.
- Develop a smooth product deployment experience for our customers
What You Bring
- Bachelor degree or higher in IT/Business or relevant professional experience (3+ years in IT Consultancy, Professional Services, Field Services or Sales Engineering)
- German speaker, other European languages is a plus. English proficiency is essential.
- Advanced understanding of IT/Networking concepts including Microsoft Server & Client operating systems, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure (specifically Entra ID), APIs, Network Administration (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SSH, Firewalls) and/or similar certifications
- Experience in a SaaS and hardware/software company; knowledge and demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas of specialisation: Mobile Device Management, Mobile Application Management, Mobile Applications & Communications, Digital Video, Body Worn Cameras, Conductive Energy Weapons, In-vehicle Video, Vehicle Electronics, Drones, Interview Room Software, Digital Evidence Management Systems, Forensic Analysis Tools.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems with an understanding of troubleshooting methodologies
- Familiarity with remote & on-site hardware and software installation and configuration
- Experience consulting to meet the needs of the customer
- Practice providing demonstrations and training on software and hardware products in front of large groups, on-site or remote.
- Experience simultaneously managing a varied portfolio of implementation projects
- Proven ability to directly engage/manage both internal and external customer relationships

Job Responsibilities:
- Target, manage and sell to new and existing customers, exceed revenue quota goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to address each customer and partner's unique needs, while providing them with the relevant information and appropriate solutions.
- Working alongside your dedicated Pre-Sales Engineer deliver compelling demo’s, discovery and technical solutions that meet the customers business and technical needs
- Align with your dedicated SDR to create compelling outreach campaigns and generate sales pipeline.
- Qualify and manage inbound leads in order to process through the sales funnel.
- Close and process all prospects, managing an end-to-end sales lifecycle working alongside our talented Pre-Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Sales operations, deal desk, legal and marketing teams
- Engage with Channel Partners and Alliances to extend market reach.
- Work closely with our Customer Success Team for client reviews.
- Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
- Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing.
Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Effective Selling:
- Demonstrable sales experience selling B2B software applications; on-demand/SaaS, Security Solutions & IT Infrastructure Management solutions.
- Proven track record of selling to both a technical audience like IT Operations, Security, and Dev/Ops leaders and practitioners, as well as engaging with Economic Buyers C-level and Procurement teams.
- Deliver oral and written communications that are impactful and persuasive with their intended audience
- Build compelling presentations in conjunction with SE’s for PoV’s, Pro Services and commercial business cases
Customer & Territory Management:
- Act in ways that demonstrate customer focus and satisfaction by building effective relationships with customers and prospects. Identifying, meeting and exceeding customer expectations, by treating customers with dignity and respect.
- Manage territory, considering each and all accounts, collectively. Establish accurate plans and forecast, prioritise efforts, generate short term results whilst holding a long term perspective to maximise overall territory viability.
- In-depth knowledge of given industry and relevant marketplace; can speak with authority, e.g., on industry trends, best practices, competitive practices, regulatory issues, etc.
