Role Purpose
The Key Account Manager - Pure Players is responsible for managing, expanding, and accelerating SharkNinja’s eCommerce performance across a portfolio of Pure Players (excluding Amazon). This role is designed for a high-potential digital commercial talent ready to operate in an hypergrowth environment, with a strong capacity to open new accounts, build a scalable framework, and elevate online execution standards.
You will act as a business owner of a fast-moving perimeter, combining commercial intensity, digital expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit.

OVERVIEW
The Key Account Manager – Beauty Channel is responsible for building our presence in the beauty ecosystem from the ground up. This is a high impact, entrepreneurial role for a commercially driven talent who can open doors, build a new channel, and scale it fast. You will identify, prospect, and win strategic partners in the selective beauty, premium retail, pharmacy chains, and beauty eretail environments. You will own the commercial relationship endtoend, while building a scalable model for longterm growth. As a Staff Engineer in this stream, your work will directly shape the interfaces and systems used by millions of patients every day. As a Staff Engineer, you will be a key technical driver for the Healthcare Access stream. With a strong frontend expertise, you will shape the technical vision of our patient-facing products, ensure architectural excellence, and have a lasting impact on the way we build and evolve our platform at scale.
