These estimates are calculated using assumptions regarding number of completed visits per hour, CPT code mix, and utilization of add-on codes (such as 90833) when clinically appropriate and properly documented. Actual earnings vary and are dependent on individual clinical decisions, case mix, scheduling availability, payer reimbursement, licensure, and geographic market factors.
