The Burson Studio is a team of over 40 creatives, art directors, designers, content creators, producers and videographers. As a Senior Art Director, you'll take a strategic and accountable approach to developing and delivering high quality impactful work and campaigns with teams, managing agency relationships and building client relationships. You'll also possess a strong understanding of the earned-first approach and have the ability to craft campaigns with impactful brand storytelling.
What you'll do:

Lead the development and delivery of earned-first campaigns and creative platforms, from brief through to presentation and production

Take and shape client briefs, defining clear creative strategy and guiding teams to high-quality outputs

Build, present, and sell cohesive treatments and 360° campaign proposals
-
Independently manage medium to large clients, strengthening relationships and driving organic growth
-
Collaborate with Studio, Creative Strategy, and Production teams to plan, budget, and resource work effectively
-
Lead creative production projects with oversight from Creative Directors and Producers

Champion innovation by challenging briefs and encouraging thought-provoking, culturally relevant ideas

Contribute to new business, award entries, and case studies, supporting Studio targets and reputation
Experience that contributes to success:

Proven experience leading medium to large creative campaigns and clients with minimal senior oversight

Strong understanding of earned-first thinking and integrated marketing across social, branding, experiential, and production

Confident presenter with the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders

Experience managing and mentoring senior creatives, fostering high standards of creative excellence
-
Commercial acumen, including budgeting, scoping, resourcing, and revenue awareness

Deep knowledge of social platforms and hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

Ability to inspire teams, share industry insight, and nurture talent across disciplines

Bilingual Arabic & English is highly desireable for this role

We are looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to join our Cairo team. This role requires strong technical skills in animation, motion graphics, and graphic design, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful visuals. You must be a strategic, collaborative thinker who can challenge briefs, contribute to content ideas, and generate engaging, social-friendly visuals. A keen eye for layout design is a plus.
What you'll do:
- Design and produce multimedia content for digital platforms including social media, websites, presentations, and client campaigns
- Create motion graphics, video content, and animations that align with client branding and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with creative leads, account teams, strategists, and clients to conceptualise creative solutions that meet communication goals
- Ensure all multimedia content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies in the multimedia and communications space
- Support the development of visual assets for corporate communications, product launches, and integrated campaigns
Experience that contributes to success:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, digital media, or a related field
- Proven experience in a multimedia design role, preferably within a PR, communications, or creative agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in animation, motion graphics and graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and editing is a plus
- Knowledge in multiple AI tools is a plus
- Experience working with corporate branding guidelines and translating brand strategies into visual content
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to clients and internal teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced team environment while managing competing priorities
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Arabic are an advantage

As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you will focus on delivering high-quality creative work that brings client briefs to life through strong conceptual thinking and excellent craft. You’ll develop impactful designs rooted in an earned-first mindset, contribute to campaigns across channels, and grow your confidence working directly with clients. This is a hands-on creative role with opportunities to build production experience, sharpen presentation skills, and collaborate closely with senior creatives and cross-disciplinary teams.
What you'll do:
- Create high-quality visual designs and do the best work that improves client business.
- Design and produce multimedia content for digital platforms including social media, websites, presentations, and client campaigns
- Create motion graphics, video content, and animations that align with client branding and campaign objectives
- Start building strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to clients and agency team members.
- Constantly consider all aspects of content creation - imagery, tonality, pace, messaging, etc.
- Support the senior team on large campaigns/ new business opportunities.
- Interrogate and challenge briefs to strengthen creative ideas and outputs
- Design effective social content, informed by platform trends, strategy, and performance
Experience that contributes to success:
- Full understanding of Adobe suites (photoshop illustrator InDesign, aftereffects and premier)
- Technical understanding of current and emerging social media platforms
- Ability to design in PPT and across Microsoft office suite
- Work to a schedule, be able to prioritise, remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience with managing small projects/retainers in partnership with agency teams.
- Previous experience in developing and presenting key visuals, design directions or small campaigns with limited guidance from Art Directors or Senior Art Directors.
- Ability to understand and design social content, with a firm understanding of social media trends, strategy, and effectiveness.
- Bi-lingual Arabic & English is highly desired for this role
