Buscamos un/a Especialista ServiceNow (Incidentes y Observabilidad), para un proyecto en el sector financiero con uno de los bancos más grandes del país, enfocado en Event Management y Major Incident Management, integrando plataformas de monitoreo y automatizando la gestión de incidentes.
La posición es híbrida en Quito.
Responsabilidades:
- Diseñar la arquitectura de integración en ServiceNow para Event Management y MIM (MID Server, IntegrationHub, webhooks, Scripted REST).
- Configurar Event Management avanzado: reglas de eventos, correlación, deduplicación, supresión y agrupación por servicio/topología.
- Automatizar el ciclo de vida de incidentes y Major Incidents mediante Business Rules, Flow Designer y Playbooks.
- Asegurar la trazabilidad evento → alerta → incidente mediante CMDB y alineación a CSDM.
- Liderar la gestión de Major Incidents, facilitando war rooms, comunicaciones y escalamiento por severidad.
- Desarrollar componentes avanzados en ServiceNow (Script Includes, APIs, Business Rules).
- Definir estándares de calidad, seguridad y observabilidad de las integraciones.
- Elaborar documentación técnica, runbooks y planes de recuperación.
Requisitos:
- 5 o más años de experiencia en ServiceNow.
- Experiencia avanzada en ServiceNow Event Management y Major Incident Management.
- Scripting avanzado en ServiceNow (JavaScript, Script Includes, Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules).
- Conocimiento avanzado de ITSM, CMDB y CSDM.
- Experiencia integrando herramientas de monitoreo (Dynatrace, Grafana, Zabbix).
- Certificación CSA – ServiceNow (mandatoria).
- Certificación ITIL 4 (mandatoria).

On our team, you will be in the middle of it all – implementing new functionality, squashing bugs, testing and deploying, monitoring and supporting mission-critical systems, and continually growing as an engineer.
What you’ll do:
- Own and drive system design and architecture decisions
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of AI solutions
- Write, test, and deploy efficient, scalable code to a production environment that impacts millions of users.
- Generate ideas for process improvement, initiatives, and new technologies.
- Collaborate with product and design on new initiatives and features
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Python and Javascript (React and Node).
- Experience in AI/ML-focused roles is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery principles and techniques, including unit testing and build & deploy pipelines.
- Demonstrated expertise with data store and cloud technologies, ideally within a microservice architecture (AWS, azure, mongodb)
- Good level of English (Mandatory)
- Advanced Level of Spanish (Mandatory).
- Experience in the banking or fintech industry is desirable.

Principales responsabilidades:
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener pruebas automatizadas para aplicaciones web y móviles (iOS y Android).
- Implementar frameworks de automatización utilizando Cypress, Serenity y Appium.
- Ejecutar pruebas automatizadas y analizar resultados para asegurar la calidad del software.
- Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo en entornos ágiles para asegurar entregables de alta calidad.
- Integrar pruebas automatizadas en pipelines CI/CD.
- Gestionar y dar seguimiento a actividades de testing a través de Jira y Azure DevOps.
- Documentar casos de prueba, resultados y hallazgos de manera clara y estructurada.
- Apoyar en pruebas de carga y rendimiento (cuando aplique).
- Trabajar con servicios en la nube (AWS) para soportar ambientes de prueba
- Título en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en automatización de pruebas.
- Experiencia sólida con Cypress, Serenity y Appium.
- Programación en Java y JavaScript.
- Uso de herramientas de gestión como Jira y Azure DevOps.
- Familiaridad con AWS Services para implementaciones de prueba.
Conocimientos técnicos:
