- Desarrollar soluciones backend utilizando Java / Spring Boot.
- Diseñar e integrar APIs seguras y eficientes.
- Implementar buenas prácticas de desarrollo (clean code, SOLID, TDD/BDD).
- Participar en desarrollo de microservicios con enfoque en modularidad y escalabilidad.
- Ejecutar pruebas de calidad temprana (unitarias, contrato, integración).
- Resolver incidencias y defectos en ambientes de desarrollo y producción.
- Participar en revisiones de código para asegurar estándares técnicos.
- Documentar soluciones y procesos técnicos.
- Apoyar despliegues y gestión de cambios en entornos CI/CD.
- Java / Spring Boot (principal).
- Programación orientada a objetos y nociones de programación funcional.
- HTML, CSS, SASS (frontend básico deseable).
- Diseño de APIs escalables (REST, OAuth2, JWT, OpenID, SAML).
- Patrones de diseño, principios SOLID y arquitectura (MVC, MVVM, MVP).
- Modelado de microservicios y buenas prácticas (cohesión, bajo acoplamiento).
- Pruebas unitarias, integración y contrato (TDD/BDD).
- Frameworks como OpenAPI, Spring Cloud Contract.
- Clean Code, legibilidad y mantenibilidad.
- Control de versiones (Git).
- Conocimientos en CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiaridad con contenedores y cloud (básico).
- Bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL.
- Modelado, optimización y consultas.
- Conceptos de replicación, particionamiento y caché.
- Seguridad en APIs (JWT, OAuth2, OWASP Top 10, ISO 27001).
- Kafka, RabbitMQ u otros sistemas de mensajería.
- Herramientas colaborativas: Jira, Confluence, DrawIO.
Experiencia requerida

A day in the life:
- The Lifecycle Marketing B2B Strategist will be responsible for audits, strategy, content, and setup of the broadcast campaigns and email automation of current and potential customers, as well as SMS campaign execution, all within our B2B client roster. They will be involved in further innovating clients’ strategy, optimizing towards higher success metrics, and leveraging senior leaders in the team to further innovate strategy. This is an extremely cross-functional role that will be closely working with creative, content, web, and other departments in the company
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for PDM’s B2B clients
- Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as A/B testing, measurement and reporting
- Build and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement
- Collaborate with creative team to ensure brand guidelines are followed in emails
- Report and provide recommendations on lifecycle programs’ performance monthly to clients
- Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program
- Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with all other internal digital channels
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Role Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production and end-to-end campaign management
- Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
- Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar
- SMS experience (preferred)
- Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
- Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Manages 5-7 B2B enterprise or growth accounts
- Below 10% client churn rate
- Hitting defined EBIDTA goal
Most Important Things (MITs):
- Strategic management of email and SMS campaigns, innovating and/or optimizing to maximize performance
- Professional communication - ability to present clearly and concisely and problem solve
