A day in the life:
As a Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the Healthcare division. You will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. This role will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned and earned channels. As a seasoned business consultant, the Senior Account Director will guide and counsel clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes. The Senior Account Director will manage direct reports and lead cross-functional account teams of highly-talented marketers by working closely to optimize their efforts and provide strategic guidance. In collaboration with Account Managers, they will spearhead service expansions, manage media, craft testing roadmaps and lead tactical pivots when necessary. Additionally, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership by gaining trust and providing unmatched strategic insight to their cross-functional account teams. Within the Client Services department, the Senior Account Director will also be responsible for leading key initiatives within the team such as talent acquisition, training or product quality. The Paid Advertising Senior Performance Analyst is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of their marketing service within their book of business. They service the most complex, enterprise-level accounts and are highly regarded for their mastery over paid advertising. In addition to their account responsibilities, they are actively involved in developing the paid advertising team through training, escalation support, auditing existing accounts, and upleveling the product. The Senior Performance Analyst supports leadership in owning and improving one core pillar of the department’s business. The Senior Performance Analyst is exceptional at working under pressure and navigating probing client questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues. A day in the life:
The Paid Media Strategist is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of Paid Media advertising campaigns within their book of business. They are oriented towards the clients’ business success, tying their efforts to the greater business goals. They are self-starters and autonomously own their responsibilities. The Strategist works hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of their service within the broader media mix. They are responsible for owning reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. The Strategist is excellent at providing insights and forward thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis, and has a strong understanding of their service’s strategy and the levers to pull to drive performance.

Job Overview
We are looking for a bilingual, customer-oriented support agent fluent in English and Spanish. While prior experience in retirement plans (401k, IRA, Profit Sharing Plans) is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
