The Enterprise Advanced team is a diverse group of individuals across Europe and India, who develop software to run MongoDB on any type of infrastructure at global scale. Our software and services allow users to deploy fault-tolerant, globally distributed MongoDB clusters in minutes.
The main focus of this team is to adapt our software to manage MongoDB clusters which are deployed in data centers or private cloud platforms, while offering cutting edge capabilities to our self-managing customers.
You will work on the core functionality for all of our products, mainly on the Ops Manager, Cloud Manager, and Automation products. Our team's end users are some of the largest businesses in the world, deploying massive clusters and processing huge amounts of data.

Atlas Growth is a cloud engineering group whose mission is to guide customers through their app development journey—from cluster configuration, data modeling and load testing, to running a production workload at scale. MongoDB Technical Services Engineers use their exceptional problem solving and customer service skills, along with their deep technical experience, to advise customers and to solve their complex MongoDB problems. Technical Service Engineers are experts in the entire MongoDB ecosystem - database server, drivers, cloud and infrastructure. This also includes services such as Atlas (database as a service), or Cloud Manager (which helps customers with automation, backup and monitoring of their MongoDB systems). We are looking to speak to candidates who are interested in working out of our Dublin office under our in-office working model Monday to Friday for the first 3-6 months depending on ramping speed.
Once considered ramped, they will transition to a permanent (Tuesday to Saturday) 9am-6pm work week (with 3 in-office days) to provide weekend coverage alongside other peers. Saturdays and Sundays are considered fully online workdays and not an on-call shift.
Due to the 24/7 nature of our support organization, certain events throughout the year will require volunteering for coverage outside one’s normal work days or work hours (i.e. regional offsites, regional holidays, etc). These are typically announced weeks in advance with a sign-up system that considers equitability.
You'll be working alongside our largest customers, solving their complex challenges - resolving questions on architecture, performance, recovery, security, and everything in between. You'll be an expert resource on best practices in running MongoDB at scale, whatever that scale may be. You'll be an advocate for customers' needs - interfacing with our product management and development teams on their behalf. The base salary range for this role is €97,000 - €130,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. About the Role >>> Sr Director, Commercial Manufacturing & Operations
As the Sr Director, Commercial Manufacturing & Operations reporting to the SVP of CMC & Supply Chain, you will be an experienced manager with a track record of successful project leadership and oversight of late-stage (registrational, process validation, commercial) manufacturing of small molecule drug substances and drug products. You will be responsible for the execution of technical transfer (including process validation activities), oversight of manufacturing activities, document review, quality event support, etc. for drug substances and drug product.
This role is based out of our Boston, USA and will require 20% travel.
Your work will primarily encompass:
· Support the US launch of palazestrant in 2027 by creating the commercial supply platform and strategy
· Establish an operational commercial mapping of supply and partners (state licenses, 3PL & order-to-cash Services, shipping and import/export logistics, import/export compliance)
· Provide technical and functional project leadership on drug substance (DS) and drug product (DP) commercial manufacturing, and CMO management
· Develop business processes and systems to support and streamline all DS and DP commercial activities. Work globally to implement processes and systems within Olema’s global CDMO network. Develop metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Ensure employees are engaged and tied to the global Olema’s business strategy
· Lead or manage documentation review and approval (MBRs, specifications, analytical methods, etc.), change controls and documentation for internal batch disposition
· Oversee investigations related to deviations to assess impact to product and manufacturing process; ensures timely closure of such investigations
· Partner with Commercial, Quality Assurance and CMC Regulatory Affairs SMEs to develop and operate appropriate commercial procedures to ensure the drug substance and drug product meets established quality standards and adheres to established and regulatory agency approved parameters
· Work closely with SMEs and CMOs to execute shipment of drug substance batches and drug product lots
· Partner with supply chain teams to design DS and DP production schedules while maximizing production and cost efficiencies

There is a straight line between your work and the impact being delivered. You lead from the front.
We regularly spin up new work streams around emerging priorities. You'll bring together engineers who've never worked as a team, set high expectations, build momentum under aggressive timelines, and drive execution. Then the shape of your teams may change again. That's the job.
You'll develop senior engineers into leaders. We don't need someone who mentors juniors on the basics. We need someone who accelerates staff and senior engineers, who gives direct, actionable feedback that changes outcomes, and who grows the leadership capacity of the people around them.
You'll partner with the Engineering Director on pillar-level strategy. Where should we invest more? Where are we falling behind? What should we defund? You bring these opinions, backed by what you're seeing on the ground.
And you'll do all of this in an AI-first engineering culture. Every engineer has Claude Code with unlimited tokens and a sophisticated ecosystem of MCP servers, skills, and shared context. You'll push the boundaries of what's possible with AI-assisted development, both personally and through how you set up your teams.
The most important thing: you need to be an exceptional people leader AND personally action-oriented. Not one or the other. Operated at real scale with startup energy. You've likely spent time at companies operating at significant scale. You've seen what large distributed systems look like in production and what it takes to ship reliably in that environment. But you also have urgency, resourcefulness, and a bias toward action over discussion.
AI fluency. You're actively experimenting with AI-assisted development, forming opinions about how it changes the way teams build software, and pushing your teams to adopt new ways of working. This is table stakes for this role.
Technically credible. You don't need to be the deepest engineer in the room, but you can hold your own. You can review an architecture proposal and ask the right questions. You can spot when a team is over-engineering or under-investing. Engineers respect your technical judgment.
Communication. You can explain to leadership why a team needs more investment, align multiple stakeholders around a complex project, have a difficult performance conversation, and unblock an engineer on a gnarly problem, all in the same day.
Extreme autonomy. You partner with the Engineering Director on where the pillar needs to go next. You identify problems, form convictions, and act on them. If you're the kind of manager who waits for direction, this isn't the right role.
Critical thinking about the business. You understand what Intercom is optimising for and translate that into team-level decisions. Which work streams need investment? Where are we falling behind? What should we stop doing to go harder somewhere else?

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and maintaining high-availability infrastructure leveraging automation, infrastructure-as code, and advanced monitoring. You’ll partner closely with our application engineering teams to ensure our services meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and security.

Senior SREs at Prove are responsible for driving 99.999% uptime for existing and developing products. Implementing, automating, and developing infrastructure are methods to these outcomes.
